Extremely please with the sofa
Extremely please with the sofa, I’d picked fabric that wasn’t displayed in the shop but it’s a lot nicer than I could have imagined. The sofa had to be made, this was done with around a week’s turn around from making the sofa to having the sofa in my House. I was kept up-to date with delivery with phone calls and text prior, the delivery guys amit and Faizan were great and put the sofa exactly where I wanted it very polite friendly people.

Great experience. Sofa bed looks very nice, delivery was smooth and quick, guys helped to take it upstairs by lift. Seems good quality, and was cheaper than other store!

When I purchased the sofa bed I was…
When I purchased the sofa bed I was contacted to say it will arrive on a day and time and when I told them I needed it earlier they made sure that happened we paid on collection which was easier for us
The only down fall was that the delivery drivers wouldn’t carry it upstairs for us and then said they will charge £60 to bring it up for us
We put it all together and it’s very big and has lots of space for a big family
I definitely recommend to purchase this

Happy with the items
Happy with the items, alot cheaper than DFS for similar quality. Delivery was when they said it would be and communicated well.
Both amit and faizan the delivery guys were polite and helpful.
The items come boxed so are well protected in transit.

Amazing experience
Amazing experience, no complaints whatsoever. Contact from the company was 100% from SMS to telephone conversations. My delivery was done by Riaz and Toby, both provided an excellent service, they were polite and respected of my home. It was quite tricky getting my sofas into my home but they both persevered and were patient. All packaging was removed and taken away…. Thank you Riaz and Toby.
The sofas are beautiful, just what I wanted. The colour is as expected, they are well made and really comfortable.
