Tried ordering two lions items changed my address as it was an old one place the order and it has been sent to the old address, tried contacting customer service at least four times over email, and not a single reply just an automatic generated email. It’s been over a week. I still don’t have my items and still no reply from customer service. Really poor customer service and not helpful what so ever.

Slow postage even though you pay £4.99. Then the items received are not what was ordered, when I tried to contact them via email, a standard “we will get back to you” email was received, but nothing else. Now I have to pay to return the items.

Absolutely terrible, please don’t be drawn in by low prices. It’s just not worth it and like me, you could end up out of pocket.

After order was placed I realised that it had the wrong address. Contacted them immediately to get this changed. Got an automated response saying they won't do any adjustments. So someone else will be receiving my rugby top. Hope they enjoy it and it fits them.

The size is wrong, when I bought the shoes, Í bought them in “12” (UK) thinking they are 46 (EU), but they are 47,5. So it doesn’t fit with me. In the universal guide (and it appears in your page) is 12 = 46. So I need that size.
