It was really great it give you so many choices amazing discount and good delivery

I paid for next day delivery. Two days later no sign of the delivery and no response to my two emails to Customer Services.
It seems I’m not the only person experiencing this issue.

I don’t like the fact that they don’t have all sizes

Lovell Rugby have a great range of rugby gear for kids and adults. What was surprising was the many discounts they provided, especially when it came to rugby boots. I will be using them again

Terrible company to use. I purchased a pair of trainers in February and it was broken by April. There was a massive crack in one sole and the other sole had just started to crack. They took it and examined it and just said they will not be refunding me with no real explanation why they are not liable as the retailer. I would stay well clear of lovell rugby who I didn't realise are part of Sports Direct so that says it all. They are all about profit and are very unethical.

Easy to navigate website with great discounts!

Don't order from this company, they do not reply to emails and I am raising a complaint with resolver to get my refund.

Where’s my order Lovell Rugby? I paid for next day shipment and it’s a week later with not even a shipment confirmation.
No reply to emails, messages….your service can’t even be described as awful, just non - existent!!! Seems I’m not the only one either.
To anyone thing of using this company…DON’T!!!

Where do I start. I placed an order with these thieves and they happily took over £250 of my money, sent me one email for order confirmation and its been over a week and nothing more, no products delivered and no contact.
I paid an additional £11.99 to get my order premium next day also.
I have sent two emails with zero response and there is no other way of contact!!
I am in the process to going to trading standards and potentially the police as they have stolen my money and not given me the goods I paid for.

It's been one month since I placed my order and have not recieved a shipping confirmation. No answer by email. Awfull service.

The website is easy to use and have ordered from this company many times with no problems before. But I have paid for express delivery and order should have arrived several days ago but there is no sign of it. Lovell rugby have been contacted but no reply as yet via email. Have tried to phone but phone number on customer services when dialled say it’s the wrong number .

Order placed for a Leeds Rhino shirt and a pair of rugby shorts, order acknowledged by company and then notified of dispatch via email so thought all was going well. Received package today, but only shorts received, no sign of shirt.
No contact numbers for Lovell rugby so left waiting for email response to see where missing item is. Poor service. If dispatching items separately then this should be explained to customer.

Great company with every rugby product my 15 year old son could every want.

I already purchased an item from Argentina and it arrived in perfect conditions and super fast.

I ordered a XXL shirt. The label says XXL. It is more like a small to medium. Don't waste your money. 😡
