I am a repeat customer with Lothian Domestics. This is the third time I have used their service over the past one year and as always very quick and efficient. Their staff are friendly and explain the repairs and costs in detail and this job got done very quickly, despite the fact that replacement parts had to be ordered. I would highly recommend them.

Great service from Steven. He explained what the issue with the Samsung microwave was. Tested it to ensure it worked properly before leaving. Excellent service, would highly recommend. 👍

We were given regular updates about our visit and arrival time our engineer called Steven was very friendly and approachable and managed to sort our problem out

Our washing machine was skilfully repaired by Scott. He explained the process ( a new part was required), which was extremely professional with excellent communication along the way. I would certainly recommend Lothian Domestics and happily use them again

Ross was so friendly, polite , professional, no questions I asked were a bother for him, really knowledgable and informative . Fixed the issue too and was able to explain clearly what the issue was, how to fix it and once fixed showed it was working ! Really efficient ! Hopefully not but if ever have an issue with machine again hope he is the engineer who arrives!

Steven attended on time , performed troubleshooting efficiently, diagnosed the faulty part, replaced it in the same visit and the cost was very reasonable, so far so good in terms of the fix. Steven was also polite and conscientious, seems like a nice chap.

Ross was great—arrived right on time, was friendly, explained everything clearly, and was honest about what could be fixed and what couldn’t (it’s an old fridge)! Would highly recommend!

Apart from all the emails and texts to actually get an engineer appointment the technician who attended the problem was brilliant
