Ordered the kitchen bin on Friday and paid for the standard delivery received it before 10am Monday. Fantastic service.....

The product I purchased was substantially cheaper than listed on other retailers including brabantia's website. Inexpensive delivery charge, arrived when it was supposed to and email enquiry responded to almost instantly. Will definitely recommend and use again without question. Why haven't I heard of them before?!

Easy to navigate site with good checkout options. You are kept informed of your order and delivery status by way of email and links to the courier's portal so you don't miss the delivery. Overall excellent service and would use again.

The product I ordered was cheaper than competitors. The person who took my order was courteous and helpful . The company was better stocked than other companies I had called that day. The same day delivery service was great value for money and efficient and on time. I am kind of astonished because it is so unusual to receive great customer service and a competitive price. I got the feeling that the man I spoke to really enjoyed his job and knew his products.

After seeing the product online initially I called Lords to ask a few questions, the representative was extremely helpful and friendly. I find it much nicer to give business to a company with a personality rather than a cold even if efficient one, so it was my pleasure to place the order for my Simplehuman pedal bin.

I ordered a next day Saturday delivery which came as expected and the product was great.

I would use Notting Hill again with a no problem purchase that was delivered on time and was well packaged.

I placed an order for a kitchen bin in June - expecting it to arrive the next day as promised. When I didn't receive a despatch email i realised something might have gone wrong so phoned and was told that there had been a computer error and the item was out of stock. I was promised an immediate refund.
My credit card bill arrived today with no refund on it so I called again. Another apparent computer error means I haven't been refunded. Deeply unimpressed. I've been promised a refund again today. I await to see if the computer can cope and it actually arrives!

Product was exactly as described and was the best price I could find on the internet. Service was A1 so would defiantly buy from this supplier again.

I have ordered the Brabantia ironing board on Lord of Notting Hill. The price of the ironing board was extremely competitive with other websites (... and I do like my market research!) and it persuaded me to purchase Brabantia versus other brands. The service was very good too as the shipping charge was reasonable (~ 4 pounds) and it is next day delivery as standard. Excellent experience overall!

A no problem transaction. A well known brand purchase at bargain price. Bargain price did not compromise excellent service.

Really pleased with the ironing board. I'm tall & the adjustable hight caters for that! Well padded with quality, attractive, cover. Only downside is that the angle my steam iron rests in the cradle means it continues to let out steam but there is space on the large board to keep it resting upright & still have plenty of ironing area! Took about 10 days for delivery. I'm very pleased, thank you.

I was looking for an exact branded product so I was shopping round on price. Lords of Notting Hill had the best price, not just by a small amount but a third cheaper than local suppliers. I took a chance because you can never be totally certain with internet suppliers. Are they real? Will it take ages? Will there be problems. The product arrived within 2 days - exceptional speed when some companies charge very high postage for the same quick service. Everything was in order. And the best? A follow up courtesy email to check everything was in order but that if it wasn't, they'd like to help. I am impressed from start to finish. Outstanding, thank you
