Brilliant service, gave me a replacement product when first one was leaking de to delivery. But a great company with brilliant customer service. Defo recommend.

Ordered watering can at 2230 and it was delivered in a well packaged box that I tracked from pick -up to delivery 37 hours later.

I bought a small almond bin, and a large 30l almond retro bin, unfortunately it
was too small, contacted the company, no issues whatsoever, sent a courier to
collect and reordered a 50l bin. Packaging superb, easy contact over the
telephone. First Class service.

Spotted a bin online and popped into the shop: they do not store all items but can order it and have it delivered to the shop. Got a call back the next day - the day of my visit was - Sunday to organise the order. Was called again when the bin which was delivered a couple of days later. Collected it from the shop the next day.

There were good updates on my order and delivery. Despite delivery showing 3 to 5 days it turned up the following day, result. I have not used Osmo Oil before but it seems to be a very good product, covers nicely, particularly the second coat. Drying time was not good on the shady side of house. Best to think you will only be able to do one coat in a day.

Lords of Notting Hill supplied my order - the first I have made with them - in double-quick time. Their service was efficient, swift and first rate. Their packing and packaging were excellent - each of the four items were carefully and properly bubble-wrapped and the order was within a strong cardboard box of appropriate size. I was mightily impressed. I shall order again from them with confidence.

My order was received within a very short time scale and all I can say is what an excellent company to trade with. I have saved their website to my favourites for future purchases.

Contacted customer services several times to find out where my item was.
Replies were that it was on its way.
After nearly a month of back and forth emails was eventually told it was out of stock and would take another two weeks to arrive.

My first time using Lords of Notting Hill and I'll be sure to do so again. The ironing board in question was cheaper than anywhere else online; when I rang with a question I had an incredibly courteous and helpful young man assist me; the item arrived just one or two days after ordering it . . . All very smooth and hassle-free - I was genuinely impressed.

I've used Lords only twice so far, but each order was dealt with efficiently, delivered quickly and competitively priced. I'll certainly use Lords again.

I bought a Brabantia bin from Lords which arrived very quickly but, unfortunately, with a dent in the side. It was replaced equally quickly and very courteously so, overall I was very happy with the whole transaction.

We bought a stainless steel postbox. Absolutely first class. Checked prices everywhere on line including many on eBay. This was still the best. Delivered well packed and very quickly.

Ordered my Brabantia bin on a Sunday. The shop promised next day delivery and I therefore expected delivery Tuesday, since I do not expect them to send out orders on Sundays.
Tuesday afternoon I contacted the shop because I had not received anything. They then sent out my order. My mother therefore received her birthday present a day late :(
When a shop promises next day delivery they should keep that promise. If they can't, then the least they could do was to contact the customer!!!
