Extremely smooth process that was handled by a very helpful customer service rep across whatsapp. Not only was the product beautiful but the support was incredible.

I was searching for a good locket which proved to be an incredibly hard process but I'm glad I stumbled across Loquet London.

I love my locket and I wear it all the time. Absolutely love their beautiful jewellery and I look forward to adding more of their charms to my collection. The personal shopper was quick, responsive, and professional and my order arrived very quickly and beautifully wrapped and presented.

Husband ordered me an inexpensive charm in late October 2025 for Christmas.He didn't ope it when it arrived thinking he didn't have to check it as it was a small stocking stuffer.Price was $50.On Christmas when we opened it the box was EMPTY.They said to take photos of the packaging and they would investigate.Wow then they said they couldn't do anything about it because too much time had gone by.News Flash people in the U S Christmas shop early.You are very bad business people.

I WILL NEVER BUY FROM HERE AGAIN. Total waste of money. I purchased a necklace from Loquet in July, wore it only a few times, and despite taking great care of it, the piece fell from my neck within two months. What followed has been one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had.

I contacted Loquet multiple times with absolutely no correspondence or updates.

When I went into the store to arrange a repair, the customer service was unacceptable. The sales assistant could not answer basic questions about repair timelines, and their attitude was rude, unhelpful, and uninformed. My first two calls to the store provided no information whatsoever. I eventually spoke to the manager, who was polite and reassuring, but I never received any further updates. I was told repairs take six to eight weeks, something I should have been informed of in store.

I called again on Monday the 1st and the brand manager apologised and assured me I would receive an update. It is now Friday the 5th, more than two months later, and I have still heard nothing.

The complete lack of communication, care, and professionalism is shocking. I expect far better from a brand working with such high-value products. I will not be purchasing from Loquet again.

Avoid at all costs.

I have spent alot of money on a loquet and charms over the past 3 years.

The loquet has broken and they agreed to fix for free as it was due to quality issues.

I was then told it would take 8 to 10 weeks at the start of March which is already a ridiculous time line and now we are half way through July.

Not once have they reached out or communicated in any way only to reply to emails I have sent chasing an update.

This is school boy level of commerce and you will get a far better service from any other similar retailer which I can provide details of for anyone who wants a much better service.

Megan was fabulous in every way. I ordered two lockets from Loquet and needed help returning an order and Megan was absolutely awesome!

I ordered a loquet and 2 things happened.
DHL delivered my loquet to the wrong address but fortunately I was able to retrieve it and secondly I ordered a heart shaped locket and a round one was delivered in error.
I contacted Loquet by WhatsApp and within minutes Megan, who is the manager of the London store got in touch to get everything sorted. The DHL thing was nothing to do with Loquet but Megan sorted that and had organised for the correct loquet to be sent to me before I had even organised sending the wrong one back.
What a total credit to Loquet she is. Her customer service is just amazing. Loquet should treasure an employee like her. I have rarely had such a level of customer service. so thank you.

I got a beautiful necklace as a present and I wanted to go into the store to add to my charm collection ! I was greeted by a lovely lady called Megan who was so helpful and had some amazing ideas to add to my charm necklace , I was able to personalise my necklace so that it was uniquely mine . I fell in love with the four leaf clover and the F*** charm! I recommend for any birthday , Christmas present or just a cheeky gift for yourself

My favourite store. Full of miniature treasures - a modern take on a tradition from years ago that can be passed on through generations. Highly addictive🥰
The store is calm sparkly and beautiful- the whole experience could not be bettered especially if you are helped by the fabulous Megan who I can’t praise highly enough- she makes it a joy to visit the store
