I bought a witch ornament from this…
I bought a witch ornament from this company It looks nothing like the one shown on their page its just rubbish and half the size it was advertised. I emailed them but got no reply. I think something should be done about this company as they are just a scam
Please dont buy from this company as you will only be disappointed

Refused to replace or refund a faulty item.. do not use this company
I would give no stars if possible. Do not use this company.
A garden sign with misaligned holes making it impossible to hang correctly yet they refused to replace or refund in full an item not fit for purpose. Now ignoring my emails.

Donot use this shop Londonvipshop
I used this on line shop and the product they sent me was very poor quality and had a defect so it was unusable and unfit for purpose. I immediately emailed them asking for a replacement or a refund. They replied saying they thought the goods were acceptable. But did offer a 10% discount. Not happy at all with there quality control and there ideas as to what is acceptable to make the product usable. Again I asked for a replacement or refund but told to post the item back to them at my expense. (The return postage with proof of delivery was £16. More than the original amount) so that made it impractical to send it back. And now not even responding to my emails... Do not use these people! I wish I had read there reviews before purchasing. Better cheaper items on Temu.
