Bought the Witches when I saw the advert on Facebook for the beautiful 12" figures. Like other disgruntled buyers received nothing like the witch portrayed. Fed up with trying to get a refund and placed a re-charge claim with my bank. Money returned in full via my bank. Disgraceful false advertising - should be banned

If I could give a 0 I would, not the twelve inch witches I saw advertised on Facebook, they are tiny, totally not worth the money total scam.

The items of Halloween witches, were beautiful on the video, standing 12inch high.
It did say there may be a slight difference in measurement.
An understatement, they are only 61/2 inches high, and no good for my display I wanted.
I have asked for a refund, but they only offer 10%compensation.
Avoid like the plaque.

Item arrived with a broken bit off the hat and was only 7” tall rather than the twelve inches advertised. After emailing them they offered me 10% back then 15% when I refused. I still asked for a full refund which they refused to give unless I returned the item on the condition that it was unopened 🤷‍♀️and fit for resale ( it’s broken! )

Disgusting company clearly not based in the UK where trading standards apply.

This company is a con do not buy from them,I ordered a autumn witch ornament which was advertised as being over 12 inches long when it came it was inches and looked like something from a pound shop.I have complained several times but no reply company is a complete con.DO NO BUY.

Absolutely disgusting, figures are not as described. I have been robbed!!! Brought all 4 of the autumn witches!!! False advertising at its best! Absolute joke!! Nothing like the picture at all. No point asking for a refund as I have now read reviews! Do not buy from this company!

Don’t order from this place. Terrible.
Your order won’t be anything like you expected. You won’t get through on the number you eventually find as it and address for refunds don’t exist. Scam, rip off site. 😡 very angry.

The autumn witch statue I ordered was not the size I expected .Nothing like the picture and alot smaller and the leaves were not as pictured on the advert.It also took two weeks to arrive even though they had taken payment

Will definately NOT be dealing with this company again

Fraudulent advertising. My received witch statues items were half the size and wrong colour. Refusal to refund unless you pay extortinate shipping costs and you havent opened the items!! Why would you not open your parcel??? Disgusting customer service.

The autumn whitch statue I ordered was not the size I expected in the advertisement it looked to be at least 12 inches tall ,when it arrived it was 6 inches tall to small for its purpose and now it just looks ridiculous and you carn't even see its features. I am disappointed and it also took 5 weeks to arrive.

I ordered 12.5 inch witch figurine but recieved a 6 inch figure when I got in touch they offered 10% refund i told them they sent out wrong item they said they dont do refunds but if i return the item i must pay return and shipping these people are not to be trusted absolutely stay clear

I would score nothing stars if I could purchase Autumn witch very deceiving it's no more than 6 inches high the advert photograph is very misleading a load of rubbish looks nothing like the advert . This was for a gift . Please stay clear of this company also it comes from china !!!!!

The product was no more than 6" high. Very poorly painted and not as advertised. Too expensive for what is was. Didn't even sit flat on a shelf as has a lump in the base. Very disappointing.would not recommend to anyone. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!

Steer clear. Ordered Autumn witch figurine. Shown as 12" high, certainly not the one i received. Approx 4 ". Still paid £15 for it as supposed to be £29.99 & on offer. Was packed ok & secure but totally disappointed. This also came from China not London. Buyer beware items are not what they seem & what are shown on website. Very very misleading.

I wish I'd read the reviews before ordering from London VIP! Ordered x2 of the witches, they are advertised as over 12 inches tall and beautifully decorated, what I got is nothing like what's advertised, both only 6.5 inches tall, looks like a 5yr old painted them and they STINK to high heaven!
They were supposed to be a birthday present, think I'll just stick them in the garden with the garden gonks from B&M instead.

Note to self: Read the reviews first next time!

They advertise the Witch as being 12.2 inches tall, when they arrive they at not even 7inches tall, won't accept a return or refund. Not what they are advertising

The item they sent was half the size it said it was& did not look the same as the photo, email them was offered 10% , have refused this offer am no waiting for a reply, if no reply will be taking this further, I will not be rip off like this !!!!!!!.
