Disappointed
I spoke to a very helpful lady, she was lovely and seemed to totally understand what I was asking, that’s where the positive comments stop. She advised me she had found me a local financial advisor and I would be able to do face to face or a telephone call, whichever was my preference, the LOCAL advisor is 120 miles away! That is not local, and not helpful to me, surely with today’s technology you can identify my location vs the advisor you located me.

I received a call from Daniel within 5 mins of completing the online request form. Daniel was polite, he listened, he quickly understood what type of support I was looking for. By the end of the call he had arranged for a face to face meeting with and advisor. I had been putting this off - but I was made to feel very comfortable.
