the adviser seemed to understand the information given to them, and was nice and friendly. The only problem was when i made the online contact; they hounded me when i was at work, calling 6 times in a 7hr time slot. This seemed a little OTT.

The person who I spoke to today was excellent . Really calm and understanding of my objectives , talked through the process and explained everything as we went along , was respectful of any concerns I had and was able to provide appropriate information .Excellent service.
