I spoke to a member of staff called Josh, he was very helpful and connected me to a company that he said would suit my needs based on the information given. Hopefully this will result in solving my dilemma.

Clear, matter of fact, concise, business-like.

They seemed to listen until the end of the call when they ignored my preference a local advisor.
Also seemed to miss the fact that I wanted broad financial advice and the advisor offered was a big firm in the North of England who specialise in pensions with only 'vague advice' for investment and money management. However the person I spoke to was pleasant and sounded interested.

Listened explained fully , and got me appointment with a advisor best suited to my requirements

He explained the process of allocating a third-party Advisor and arranged an appointment after taking some details to ensure smooth and productive next steps. Very impressed by his cheerful professionalism.

From the start to the finish, he was indeed very helpful. He understood my queries, even my concerns over my not understanding what I was fully trying to do. He led me from start to finish. I thank him.
