I cannot recommend London Medical Aesthetic Clinic highly enough, and in particular Dr Ayham Al Ayoubi, who has been absolutely outstanding and has consistently exceeded my expectations.

From the very first consultation, Dr Ayham is incredibly professional, friendly, and reassuring. He takes the time to thoroughly discuss expectations, provides a detailed before-and-after review, and ensures you feel completely comfortable and confident every step of the way. Not only are expectations met — they are genuinely exceeded.

The level of care does not stop after treatment; the aftercare is exceptional, with real attention given to your comfort, results, and satisfaction. Dr Ayham truly goes above and beyond to make sure you are happy, and you never feel rushed — he takes all the time needed to ensure the best possible outcome.

The clinic itself is welcoming, discreet, and professional. Every member of staff is polite, friendly, and attentive, making the entire experience relaxed and comfortable from start to finish.

I have been attending this clinic for several years and have always been extremely happy with my results. Everyone I have recommended to London Medical Aesthetic Clinic has shared the same positive experience.

I couldn’t be happier with the care I’ve received and would wholeheartedly recommend Dr Ayham Al Ayoubi and London Medical Aesthetic clinic to anyone considering aesthetic treatments.

Don't waste your time booking here. I paid the £100 deposit for a video consultation at 5:30pm. They messaged me on whatsapp saying they are running ten minutes late. 25 minutes later and nothing. I messaged to see if it is still going ahead. Another ten minutes went by. Nothing. I rang and nothing. Messaged again and got a message an hour after the scheduled time saying 'he is a surgeon you know, delays happen.' An hour waiting on the end of a webcam without proper communication isn't acceptable. Got a refund and booked elsewhere. Apparently the other clinic also used the same surgeon, which is fine since I had a problem with the staff not him. I paid their £150 deposit and they booked me in to see him in London. I received 2 different location addresses for the appointment. When I asked which one it was I was told by 2 different people 2 different addresses. In the end the second clinic I contacted said because I'd already booked a video consultation before (even though I'd cancelled it and received a refund), the new clinic will have to put me down as a private patient of the first clinic I originally had problems with. They told me I'd receive a call from the first clinic to confirm whether or not the apt is going ahead... of course I didn't receive a call, so I called them 3 times..... surprise surprise, they didn't have my apt in the diary and I've lost my hundred plus pounds train ticket to go see them.
Stay well away. I wouldn't trust these guys to perform surgery on a spoon, never mind me!

Dr. Al-Ayoubi has been very helpful in addressing my concerns. He advised treatments that have helped me achieve what I wanted. I am currently on my third session of Sculptra and have seen improvement in deeper scars. He is very professional, as is his entire team.

Amazing experience at LMA Clinic. I had Botox and Sculptra with Mr Ayham Al-Ayoubi, who explained everything clearly and delivered perfect, subtle results. The clinic is stunning, the staff are lovely, and the care is exceptional. Wouldn’t go anywhere else!

I strongly advise anyone considering treatment at LMA Clinic to think very carefully before committing. My experience was disappointing and extremely costly.

I had Sculptra and laser treatments for acne scarring and saw no noticeable improvement. Whenever I raised concerns, I felt dismissed by staff, who kept insisting that results were visible even though nothing had changed. Instead of listening, they would bring additional staff members over to reassure me, which felt rehearsed and unhelpful.

Although the doctor is friendly and charismatic, it came across as more showmanship than genuine patient care. Pricing was inconsistent, with each session costing something different. When I wasn’t seeing results, I was encouraged to book even more treatments, despite already spending thousands of pounds.

The PA and receptionist were cold in their approach, and at no stage did I feel supported. When I expressed my concerns, they were shut down rather than addressed.

I also couldn’t help noticing that some of the positive reviews appear to be written by individuals with the same names as people who work at the clinic. This made me feel even more uneasy about the transparency of the whole operation.

Based on my experience and seeing that others have had similar issues, I would urge potential clients to be cautious. I regret my decision and wish I had gone elsewhere

I had Sculptra injected into some indentations I had on my back of legs, and I am beyond impressed with the results! Over time, I noticed my legs become filled out and more even. The procedure is gradual, but it creates such a natural look which I'm amazed by. I feel more confident in my appearance now, and can put my shorts on back again :) highly recommended!

This is a scam! DON'T waste your money!! I spent £10k on SmartLipo and have not seen any improvement in my cellulite, if anything it is worse. I have also been left permanently disfigured on my abdomen. Furthermore, when I returned to share my disappointment on two separate occasions and requested a copy of my medical records so that I could see how much fat was removed and get a copy of my before and after photos, the clinic refused, despite their legal obligation under the Freedom of Information Act of 2018.

I had booked in for a CO2 laser appointment to target my eye circles and after doing a lot of research I was taken in by the in depth information on their website and the sheer number of years of experience behind the Dr. However as the appointment date grew nearer I started to become suspicious about the level of care this clinic provides. Having had numerous aesthetic procedures all from reputable clinics and Drs, I was surprised that this clinic had sent me no pre-information about how to prep for the laser treatment for example to stop certain topicals, whereas other clinics will always send this type of stuff ahead of any treatments. They also had not sent me anything to ask for a medical history to determine suitability, which again reputable clinics do. This suspicion made me take a closer look at the website and trustpilot reviews. I found that the vast majority of their reviews on here are from accounts that appear to be fake and sound similarly written. This made me filter from bad to good, and I found some very concerning reviews about how people’s images had been used for advertising without their consent and also photoshopped their results. I then decided to look more closely at the before and afters on their website and every single under eye CO2 laser before and after appears to be photoshopped on closer inspection. I am writing this review to warn potential people of what seems to be a scam, as I very nearly had a close call with this very unethical clinic. When I called to cancel, the reception just said okay, did not deny the photoshop allegations. I have screenshotted the pictures from the website and am contemplating sending to the Trading Standards watchdog. I hope the clinic see this review and remove all photoshopped pictures so that people are not being scammed out of hard earned money. I am disappointed and annoyed that my time has been wasted as I booked the day off work to travel to London for this, but glad that I realised before having my face messed with by this guy.
EDIT: edited after seeing the reply. I invite your legal action as I have the screenshots of your photoshopped false advertisement therefore my statements are factual thus not defamatory. Your reply sounds panicked and unprofessional and I will not be bullied into taking down an honest review. The threats made against me are further unethical and although I had totally dropped the matter this has prompted me to consider both a CQC and GMC complaint as well as actually going forth with contacting Trading Standards. Very sad state of affairs going on here.

I am writing this review in the hope that it will prevent other people making the same mistake as me. Mr Al Ayoubi did a lanluma treatment to my face in early October 2024. I chose lanluma because it is thicker so spreads less than Sculptra and I only wanted to volumise a specific part of my face. I did not want the diffuse Sculptra look. I knew exactly what I wanted when I walked in but then was given a long spiel and intro routine when which wasn't helpful and wasn't why I was there and other treatments were brought up. Other providers don't do that they stick to what you are coming in for. I would have much rather spent that time talking about the treatment in question.

Despite mr al Ayoubi saying several times that he always did what patient wanted he did the complete opposite with me. I said please don't change the shape of my face. Please don't make my face wider. I only want the most subtle, natural looking volumisation of a specific small part of my face (where I had experienced huge fat loss and was sunken - I was a candidate for the treatment.) Instead he injected the poly lactic acid all over my mid face area and created cheekbones which i didn't ask for nor want. The (asymmetric - one higher than other, one bigger than the other) cheekbones have sucked in the skin below them so I have a sucked in gaunt look - which is way more apparent on one side as he completely over injected one side.

Mistakes happen I can understand that but to so seriously over inject one side compared to another how could the so called king of Sculptra make such a school boy error as this? I have a ball of collagen on one side and the skin as it continues to produce collagen is thick and fibrous and overgrown.

Having my face change in this way has been humiliating and deeply distressing to go through and would not wish this experience on my worst enemy - especially knowing this will not go away for 2 to 5 years. I chose it because I thought it was a much more natural option to fillers or botox (which I'd never had) but have discovered it is a v risky thing to dabble with.

The clinic as others have reported were unhelpful and are now stonewalling me. Also they initially offered to inject more on the less filled side (what a terrifying thought to have more of it put in) - though said I would have to pay for it lol. They are now not responding to my messages. I think people should acknowledge when they make mistakes and take responsibility for their mistakes. They should do what they can to make things better not completely ignore the person.

He also said during the treatment that not to worry it could be removed if I didn't like it, but there is nothing on the internet that says this is the case and even his own receptionist afterwards said oh no there's nothing that can remove it. Why did he say this - was he confused about what treatment he was doing?

Please be very very careful if you choose to have this treatment and be extremely careful if you go with this provider. I feel I was assertive about what I wanted and still ended up having this substandard treatment.

I recently had Cellulaze surgery with Mr Ayobi, He was brilliant and couldn't recommend enough. He has given me all the information and time I needed, and we went ahead with the surgery. I knew right away that this is the surgeon I will go with for any further treatments in the future, so professional and caring !

I have been going to the clinic on and off for a few years now and I have found that the best thing about LMA are the friendly receptionists and the team that assist Dr Ayham Al-Ayoubi.

I noticed over my time with the clinic that Dr Ayham Al-Ayoubi can come across as a bit of a showman. He's very good at selling his treatments, talking very quickly and not allowing you to get a word in, making you feel like the results will be great and you'll never look better - but his minimal approach leaves you feeling like you've been hoodwinked into paying full price for treatments that have barely made any difference. I have had about 5 treatments to tackle one area with the hopes of it improving and it was only after a few years of coming in that he turned around to me and said "There's nothing we can do". I would have preferred a more honest approach prior to taking my money.

Dr is always running late. I cannot remember a single time that I have turned up on time for my appointment and been seen on time, once I was left waiting for 45 minutes and there wasn't a single apology from the Dr, just a cheery face and another performance.

The one positive that I can say is that he is very skilled at his job and thorough when it comes to avoiding bruising.

Exceptional treatments. Highly recommended for whoever is visiting London and want best treatments in town. Dr Ayham and his team always provide high standard and outstanding services. Thank you!

I chose Sculptra at Doctor Ayoubi clinic, and I’m so glad I did! My face looks fuller and fresher, and I didn’t experience any pain during the procedure. While it took a few months to see the effects, once they appeared, I looked years younger. 10/10 would recommend this for anyone looking for natural, yet effective Sculptra results.

Love my Sculptra treatment results, face feels at least five years younger. Can’t recommend enough.

Mr Ayoubi is simply the best. After having Sculptra treatment, my face looks fresher and younger than ever before , and I couldn’t be happier. He’s always thorough, answering all my questions, and he performs the treatment with such precision! What I love is that he is always there for me if I have any medical concerns, and I trust his advice completely. Cosmetically, he’s a genius, no jowls or wrinkles in sight thanks to his expert work! I can’t recommend him enough!

Mr Ayham Ayoubi is an outstanding surgeon. He’s incredibly kind and patient when taking time to explain every detail of the Cellulaze procedure. He gave me a realistic expectation of the results, which I really appreciated..On the day of the surgery, he made me feel very comfortable, and recovery was smoother than I expected. I had very little discomfort, and the 24 hour emergency contact number was a reassuring touch. If I had any concerns after, he was always available to help. The care at the London Medical & Aesthetic Clinic was top-notch!

I’m absolutely thrilled with my Smartlipo results! I had a thorough consultation with Mr Al-Ayoubi . He walked me through the entire Smartlipo process in detail, from start to finish, and explained what to expect during recovery. I had a lot of concerns going into it, but he took the time to answer all my questions, which gave me the confidence to go ahead with the procedure. Both my husband and I felt completely reassured after the consultation, and we knew Mr Al-Ayoubi was the right choice.

Rude receptionist, acted as if answering the phone was a chore, when it’s her job. Very poor communication between Dr & staff. Over promised & under performed.

I recently interviewed for the Clinic Assistant position and was very disappointed by the process. As someone who is currently unemployed, I had to spend £15 on travel, or others who had to take time of work, only to be spoken to for about a minute as part of a “shortlisting process.” Having worked in HR previously, I know that most companies conduct shortlisting through phone or video calls, which would have been a much more efficient use of both my time and resources. A pre-screening call would have allowed both parties to determine if there was a mutual fit before committing to an in-person interview. Additionally, they didn’t bother to let candidates know they were unsuccessful, which added to the overall sense of disrespect. This wasn’t only my experience—several other candidates I spoke to had the same issue. I believe a more thoughtful and respectful approach would be beneficial to both candidates and the company, creating a more positive experience

Really bad experience. From waiting for 30min without any update regarding when I’d be treated to cut my treatment time short by omitting some steps. It’s overrated on their website. The doctor is like a salesman. Paid 250GBP but received 100GBP service if I have to quantify it. Hope this review helps innocent people to avoid falling into the same trap as I did.
