House Insurance via lloyd & Whyte for many years. Some forms used have been difficult to complete satisfactorily (usually because a yes/no answer is inappropriate) and inevitably I end up phoning the Company. This year was no exception, but my contact first with Kathy Middle and then Aisha Oaten settled all problems quickly, easily, and pleasantly - if expensively.

I was a customer of Medical Money Management from 1978, who were local to me and gave me continued personal service. I was intially concerned when their business was taken over.
