Tracey was tremendously helpful in working with me on the renewal of a business critical insurance policy. It was something I have not had to do before and I had lots of questions to ensure that we had the appropriate cover. Tracey never made me feel like I was asking stupid questions and was very responsive to my questions. Highly recommended.

We have two types of insurance that were up for renewal. Both Billie Connor and Ricky were really helpful with the first one in January and Billie has again helped sort out the other policy. She responded quicky and we got in sorted out in a couple of days.

I dealt with a consultant called Ellen Bell, she was extremely helpful and knowledgeable, Ellen explained the policy in a manner that i could understand it fully and apply it to our needs.
