Good size and design

My first time purchasing, and the sizes fit on me well. I like to designs! Only two out of three packages arrived at first. The customer service was very helpful and responsive, and I got the delivery soon after reporting.

Very Disappointing Quality

I rated it 2 stars because they replied to my emails. The last person being Evelyn.

But sad to say the product is sub-quality. The sewing isn't neat but has creases along the hemline . The crew collar isn't symmetrical too. How do you expect to wear such a badly made garment? And the price isn't cheap! Very disappointing.

I'm waiting for the second item. I ordered at the same time but it was shipped differently. I hope the second piece which is even more expensive, is presentable.

The fotos look fantastically great but in reality it is below par. It isn't any Japanese-made but from a sub- standard factory in China. This is misrepresentation of information. It is deception.

They don't have ready stock in their shop. They do drop shipping and there's no way you could track for the items. You don't even know which shipping company they use. And all efforts to track were in vain.

I hope to get a refund ! No matter what this will be the first and last time I will purchase from them.

I placed two orders

I placed two orders l. One on 18 and one on 19 Nov. I received the 2 confirmations emails for both orders. For the. Order placed on 18 Nov got a shipment email and tracking number. But the tracking number cannot be used to check the status of the delivery. For the order placed on 19 November, no shipping confirmation and I cannot find my order in the shop app after log in. I sent inquiry email to check but no response.

Be aware the currency change by Liwisi

I placed an order from Liwisi , expecting the price to be in CAD as there was no indication of USD pricing. After checkout, I discovered I was charged in USD, significantly increasing the total cost.

The lack of transparency regarding currency has left me disappointed. I contacted the seller but did not receive a satisfactory resolution.

A frustrating experience

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the delivery process for my recent order. While I understand delays can happen, the lack of proactive support and accurate tracking information made this experience unnecessarily difficult.

Despite reaching out to your customer service, I was only provided a tracking number and left to navigate the situation with Aramex on my own. Contacting Aramex was time-consuming, requiring extended wait times and unclear tracking updates. Ultimately, I had to pick up my package directly from their depot, which is far from the seamless service I expected.

I believe that, as a retailer, it is your responsibility to ensure the delivery process is handled smoothly, or at least to assist more actively when issues arise.

I hope you take this feedback into account to improve future customer experiences.

This company is totally fake

This company is totally fake, I want to return my clothes as it won’t fit or the quality is too bad, it said on the website I can return but in the end. They gave me a China address to return which is impossible to do due to custom. I found a friend who was going to China to take the clothes and return but they never refund. So this company has poor quality mislead customer as Japanese company and never refund even you sent pictures with all the legitimate reasons!

Poor quality

This shop falsely presents itself as a Japanese store, but it isn’t. The clothes are of poor quality, most likely sourced from Taobao. Highly disappointed.

Another victim here

Never believe or purchase the product from Facebook advertising, all cheating and fake reviews. When you thought it’s from Japan should be good quality but it was a joke. Dispatch from China, disgusting quality, reject refund, waste money and time. I paid an expensive lesson and disappointed.
Please don’t trust someone who mentioned the clothes in gxxx quality, all the clothes shown on website not the same quality when I received.
