First time buying from this website and so far the items were delivered earlier than scheduled. The tags are from Liwisi with Japanese wordings…quality of materials looks good. Designs are as per website. Hopefully they will still look good after washing.

I have been a regular customer and recently I received my new dress but the size is not right. I requested for exchange but Evelyn explained it's not cost effective logistically wise and offered me a discount. Glad it work out well for both parties. Quick response and quick refund. The quality was too poor! I requested to return but the Liwisi just let me consider about the shipping fees so expensive. However I don’t care about the shipping fee because the quality was really so bad! It was not Japan quality and more like Taobao! I think I will report it if the Liwisi reject my return.

Its my fault for not checking the reviews on Trust Pilot before purchasing.
Like many reviews that has been posted here , the website makes it appear that it is Japanese fashion but in reality it is from China, not that it is an issue but the actual clothes quality is different from pics.
Tried to refund it back to them but they instead negotiated a percentage of discount and warned me about the high shipping costs. They did not provide me with a prompt response when I asked for the return address to ship back. I bought a blouse for roughly 31 Aud but the quality is more like a 10 dollar blouse. I have even purchased blouses that are around 10 dollars in south east asian countries that look better than this 31 dollars blouse. Beware when purchasing from this website for the lack of transparency and dubious return policies.

This was my first time shopping at Liwisi, and it was a great experience. The quality of the clothes is excellent, and the shipping was efficient.
Although they sent a top in the wrong color, after I contacted customer service, Evelyn was very helpful and sent me the correct one at no charge.

The order came earlier than promised! Although there was no tracking number and I couldn't track my package along the way, the customer service people were responsive and gave me updates. When the items came, they were packaged very nicely and the items were very protected. the quality of the clothes were very nice, the only clothing item that I was a little disappointed by was the brown dress coat - I can't describe the quality, but it is an item that cannot be exposed to heat, so it is crinkly, and I am not sure how to make it look nice.

Liwisi's website is also very spot on. Very clear sizing measurements given, and the overall presentation of the website is superb. Will definitely buy from them again! Just not too sure about the coats.
