Really top notch item
Really top notch item. Comms with the company were great - real humans! Delivery was well-organised and smooth. The delivery drivers Nathan and Tony were lovely. They unpacked everything, took away the packaging and demonstrated how the sofa bed worked. Really lovely people.

I ordered bed from living it up. The delivery team( peter & philip) were very professional with the delivery.
They assembled the unit without causing any damage to the product or scratches to my property.

Amazing bed
Amazing bed, feels like being in a hotel every single night. Was definitely worth the wait! The delivery guys were great and had put it up and removed the packaging in no time.

Just received our Milton Bed in a Box…
Just received our Milton Bed in a Box delivery. Having ordered this on the internet, I was wondering what the actual thing would be like. It is great - really decent solid item which is comfortable to sit on and with a comfortable mattress too - better than our old sofa bed. Christmas guests will be happy. Thanks also to helpful, friendly delivery team who unpacked the bed, showed us how to use it and (best of all) took away all the packaging.

Polite, professional and efficient service.
The item was easy to order and we were advised when the delivery would happen, which was within the timescale given at the point of order. The delivery team were very polite and professional. It was a very wet day and they were concerned about bring mud into the house. The item was put together quickly and efficiently, all packaging taken away, and no one would have know they'd been there. Brilliant service in our eyes.

Impressive quality and only 4 week wait!
From this summer when I started communicating with LivingItUp about maybe purchasing a sofa from them till now when Ive just received the Astoria Sofa I decided for, I have almost only good things to say. LivingItUp's response time on email is very fast and always friendly and helpful. When I ordered the fabric samples they arrived quickly too and were of high quality, they also look great despite most of them being polyester. I ordered my Astoria with chaise on 7th Oct and had it delivered a month later, which is like double as quick as what for instance Swoon offers. The delivery team, Patrick and Ikwal, were absolutely great: When my gate didn't open (only the concierge can open the gate and they arrived at 7, one hour before the concierge starts work) they carried the three modules through the door in the gate across the yard and up the stairs to my flat since the lift wasn't working. Inside the flat they unwrapped the sofa modules, dressed them with the pillows included and also cleaned off a few spots they discovered on them with a fabric cleaner. The sofa fits perfectly in my living room and looks as good as I hoped it would.
The only two things I could have wished were better are: that the photos on the LivingItUp website would show a lot more angles of the furniture that what it does, AND that they would have photos available of the different designs in all the fabrics/colours offered, that would make the decision process a lot easier.
The other thing is that the delivery times offered are rather unflexible: I was told that cause I live in London SW4 they could only deliver to me at 7 in the morning!
I am still giving this company 5 stars cause the product is such high quality and cause my general experience was really positive! Thank you.

Beautiful Sofa, very good quality and fabulous selection of colours and materials. Ordered to match a bed I bought from there a year ago, which is also a great unique piece. Delivery sooner than expected, delivery guys were great too.

Really pleased with my purchase
Really pleased with my Milton bed in the box. Comfortable as a seat but extremely comfortable as a bed settee as well. One of the most comfortable mattresses I've slept on. Looks stylish with a throw and some cushions on. Beautiful shade of burnt orange.

Excellent delivery team
The bed I ordered from LIU was beautiful, but the headboard was much larger than the measurements noted on the site (7-8cm), which meant it could not fit as required in the bedroom. Many thanks to Patrick and Ikwal of the delivery team, who spent a long time discussing my options and speaking with head office to arrange for a new headboard to be made. They also made sure they built a functional bed before they left, so that we are able to use it from delivery day, despite not having the final headboard. They found a positive resolution to what could have been a huge disappointment - many thanks again.
