Really impressed with the Emilo bed, looks great.
Only downside was the wrong screws were sent so I had to purchase my own screws to make the bed.

Just really amazed with the quality and…
Just really amazed with the quality and material of the bed which we ordered online apprensively. As we picked the material and colour from the samples they sent us. Tom & Pete worked professionally delivering the queen size bed and installing it. At one time I thought they would not get the head board upstairs as it was very big but they did manage with a lot of difficulty.

Not only our bed is beautiful but the whole team at LIU was great! Arbinder gave me regular updates on the estimated delivery date despite the COVID making logistics more difficult. And Tom and Ian took our old bed and installed the new one in only 45 min! They were really professional, efficient, punctual and Super nice! I can only recommend, thanks again - we’re very happy and impressed!

Beautiful Furniture
Ordered a Claudio 3 seater sofa and armchair in Beaufort Regency Blue and also the Maxine bed. The sofas are luxurious and they feel amazing. Love sitting on them. They go perfectly with my grey themed room. The bed is also made from the velvet material giving it an amazing look and feel. It has excellent storage and is the centrepiece in the room. The sofa and the bed are well made and would definitely recommend this company if you are looking for high end contemporary furniture. Will be back again soon. Thanks.

After two years it looks like 100 years old
I too give them one star as I spent a grand hoping to receive a luxury bed, yet when I received it the upholstery looked and felt really thin and the fabric didn’t have a luxury feel to it, I didn’t say anything but I was disappointed. Now its bern two years since I bought and used the bed, the upholstery is separating and losing its shape and the fabric looks like its 100 years old 😠 I went through big discussion with my husband to let me buy this bed and now I cannot even complain😣 don’t buy from them expensive and not worth the money.

We are very sorry that you have left this review without contacting us first to see if any of the issues you have can be resolved for you.
The free fabric samples that we send to customers are cut from the same rolls that the beds are manufactured with and they have a layer of thick foam and padding so we are very surprised to read that you thought the upholstery felt thin. I have located your order and can see that we did not recieve any complaints or concerns after your order was delivered so we are very dissapointed to read your comments.
The Arthur bed is our best selling bed and as you can see from the countless reviews we have had for this bed the majority of our customers are blown away by the high level or workmanship and quality of the beds so we are sorry you do not share these views.
So good, they compelled me to right a review!
I rarely post reviews on any website, but felt compelled to, having received excellent service from Living It Up and in particular the delivery team. We purchased a "Bed in a box" from Living It Up - essentially a sofa bed in a large foot stool. It's a quality product and just what we need. Communication from Living It Up was excellent from ordering right through to communicating the estimated delivery time.
When the product arrived, we had an issue - our narrow stair case to the loft was just a fraction too tight to get the "bed in a box" up there. In that situation, most companies would have dumped it and run. The difference with Living It Up is the delivery team actually work for them, and therefore care about the installation. I've seen lots of positive reviews on here about Tom and Steven, and I'm not surprised - they were so helpful. To get around the problem, they took the product apart and re-built it in the loft. Absolutely fantastic service! I couldn't recommend them more highly

We do advise all measurements for our furniture on our website, but we understand it can sometimes be tricky measure all access points to the room of choice, and on occasion we do have instances where the item is too large. This is my second purchase from the company. As before wonderful service and outstanding quality from living it up. My two beds made to order with choice of material and measurements to fit will last until I want a change not because I have to as they are built to last for a life time. I recommend this company to each and every person who needs a new bed. I already recommended it to my clients and family. The cost of the beds are well worth the quality. Parakas from the ordering team and the delivery driver really helpful.

Just received my storage bed from…
Just received my storage bed from Living it Up. From ordering to delivery and set up the service has been faultless. I ordered the bed from the website so the first time I actually saw it was when Tom and Steven unpacked it. I’m extremely happy with the quality and the colour of the bed, it looks gorgeous. Many thanks has to go to Tom and Steven who put my new bed together and showed me how to use it (not sleeping, obviously) they handled everything professionally and with a smile. Will have no hesitation in ordering again.

We just received our new storage bed with side panels. From the very beginning, we have been super impressed with the service experience. Today, I am glad to say we are also extremely happy with the quality of the product. The website is accurate and easy to use. The flexibility on delivery date was really appreciated. Amazing corner sofa bed
Living it up have been fantastic from preorder questions through to delivery and product quality. We had loads of questions when choosing a sofa and they were really helpful. The sofa came in 6-7weeks and first thing in the morning before work.
Tom and Stephen put the sofa together and showed us how to use the sofa bed. The quality of the sofa is great. We've already recommended living it up to a couple of friends!

From the start to finish a very but very good service. I give to this company no 5 stars but 10 stars. I bought 2 sofas in my lounge and 2 beds for the bedrooms.
Tom and Steven delivered the beds and another two guys delivered the sofas. All of them was so helpful, friendly and professional.
