5 out of 5 for Living it Up in terms of service, delivery, comms. I am writing my review on Milton bed in a box which was delivered on time by super delivery men who assembled it. Looks good in situ however hard as nails to sleep on and really not easy to manoeuvre from bed to box and vice versa. Good company though.

Everything is good but horrible smell even after 2 month ventilation
Everything else is excellent, the bed and headboard is well made, the fabric and the appearance look even more beautiful than the webpage shown, the delivery and installation team is decent and taking care of my home, however, the strong chemical smell keeps filling the bedroom even with constant airflow for 2 months. I assume it will continue for at least another month. Make sure you have a spare bedroom for this product.
Before placing the order, I had a lot of communication with living it up customer service. It seems the customer service quality is not consistent among staff. I’d like to take the chance to thank Harpreet for the attentiveness and accurate information provided.

We are sorry to hear that you experienced a smell from your bed, we have spoken to our manufacturer and they have confirmed that there are no chemicals used during production and as this is not something we have heard of before we are unsure where the smell has come from.

I’m always a bit wary when ordering on line about quality of products. I knew paying good money I wouldn’t get junk but I’m overwhelmed with the quality of my new bed. It’s well made, excellent fabric and looks amazing.

I would absolutely recommend this company. I received excellent customer service from my first request for swatches all the way through to delivery. And the bed is just fabulous! It looks great, is beautifully made & we are totally delighted with it. I really can’t fault them on anything. What a brilliant company.

Am very happy with the blue Henry chair I ordered
But delivery. Oh dear
After 7 weeks ( I was prepared for that) was given a 3 hour slot and told that if I didn’t take it the next available one might be 2/3 weeks
The slot was then moved by an hour without this being drawn to my attention
On delivery day I waited the full 3 hours though has been told you hoped it would be earlier before making contact. That was the start of an hour or so trying to find out what was happening - not being called back, being told the delivery van was “ nearby” in E14 ( I live in NW6), then being told that it was in W14 which turned out to be true. Excuse for lack of information was that deliverymen couldn’t answer phone while assembling a bed. They eventually turned up after 4 1/2 hours waiting - could not have been more helpful and apologetic, thank you to them, and the was delay due to climate protests in London which is fair enough - but the same can’t be said for those on the phone. They didn’t see to have any idea what was going on or to be able to find out. I don’t suppose I made their day by getting pretty cross on the phone but if you want to avoid that up the level of service and communication. It never hurts just to say sorry. Busy people who order online just don’t have the time to hang around for 4/5 hours waiting for delivery and then get this very off hand response. Would be reluctant to order again

I ordered a beautiful teal coloured Newton bed and from the start, all of the staff that I spoke to and emailed were so friendly and helpful. I needed the headboard slightly shorter so it could fit up the stairs - all my questions answered and nothing was too much trouble. My bed was delivered a couple of weeks sooner than expected, and the guys that put it together were so lovely, polite and very respectful of my home. I just cannot recommend this company enough and my bed is just gorgeous, a proper feature! I'm so pleased and wouldn't hesitate to use LIU again!! Thank you!

Beautiful workmanship
Most of the beds are made to order so you have to wait like you do a sofa but it is definitely worth it. It looks fantastic! So glad I ordered it with the side panels. If your wall can take them, they are worth the extra money. They make the bed more of a feature. Excellent craftsmanship and quality.
Ian & Patrick delivered the bed with ease. It is Superking size so a lot of bed to manoeuvre but they carried out their work efficiently and effectively. Lovely construction in very little time. All packaging stacked neatly and taken away at the end. Lovely courteous men, veryrespectful of your property.
I would recommend living it up to anyone. Easy to order online or on the phone. Whenever I called for help or advice the staff were very obliging with a nice telephone manner. Thank you everyone.
