I have used this company twice , bad experience both times, long delay on first order , second time of ordering 2 out of my 3 items were cancelled as they didn’t have then, 10 days after receiving an email to say the 3rd item had been dispatched I chased it up , eventually got a response after I’d sent a couple of emails informing me that the 3rd item would not be available either !

Total waste of time ...my advice is to avoid, there’s much better companies out there

So pleased with my bag, It’s in great condition. Fast delivery and when I emailed to enquire I found their customer service very friendly and helpful. All trouble free. I would definitely recommend and buy again.

Poor customer service!! I ordered my dress on May 20th not a cheap dress at all 562pounds to be more specific and I have written them a couple of times to get an update on delivery but haven't received a response or delivery update!! I have just received my order today that took exactly 7 working days and I was kept informed from Royal Mail. The dress I ordered is for my daughters wedding in June so after reading the bad reviews I was feeling quite apprehensive. Nevertheless, the quality and colour (a green cocktail dress) is lovely and it fits just perfect. I don’t normally like to shop online however, I would definitely order from The Little Black dress again in the future.

Delay with order, but contacted me back and have corrected the issue and we’re very helpful on the phone so I would order again

Ordered on Monday expecting it to be here for the next monday. However it hasn’t even been shipped yet So I doubt it is going to arrive on time. I emailed them a couple days ago but no response.

Had a fantastic experience with this company. Ordered 2 dresses that came within 4 days, beautifully packaged & exactly as described. Unfortunately neither suitable so on their way back but going back on the website to order more. Emails go into your junk for some reason - Google sends alerts saying they cannot confirm it's a legit email (This needs addressing Little Black Dress) Would recommend.

My dress came today, exactly on time! (7days). The material is gorgeous and super comfortable. Definitely worth the money! I will definitely be ordering again!
I ordered my dress before seeing all the negative comments on here and I'm glad I did! This website is 100% legit. Dont be discouraged by the negative comments guys!

I ordered a dress from yourself on 26th April and had no confirmation number or email, I paid £155 for it and it came out that day. I have sent several emails and no had no response... very worried....

I am concerned about my order. Placed order online last Saturday 24th April.delivery time stated 3-5 days. I never received an email confirmation & order not arrived, however the money has been taken from my PayPal account. Tried calling the helpline but the number worryingly is no longer in use. I have emailed via contact page so hopefully this will be resolved quickly. I will update my review if that’s the case, but always a concern when phone numbers don’t work and only means of communication is via email. I’ll await to hear from you

I placed an order (2300105552) on 23 April. Arrived today so I was happy with the delivery time. However, the dress received is the wrong colour. The dress looks a decent quality but I'd prefer the correct colour. I have tried to contact you by telephone but your number is out of service, which worries me somewhat. I have emailed you this morning and will allow some time for a response before I decide what my next steps are.

I'd like to give the company the benefit of the doubt and hopefully we can resolve before any further action is taken.

Terrible! The dress I purchased costing £280 looked nothing like the picture! Didn’t fit right and was just horrible! Not great at all.

I ordered a dress from these guys but then stumbled across really bad reviews, so I was concerned.
The dress arrived 3 days later, good quality material, so relieved.
Will definitely order again!

I ordered 3 dresses form Little Black Dress which were said to be delivered within 7 days. Only got an email with the order confirmation and nothing more. I tried to contact them via email and Twitter but no response whatsoever. No email, no order update of any kind. First time purchase from them and having read most comments here am worried about my money.

I placed an order - order no : 2300104737 on the 18th March 2021 and I received one email to say thanks for shopping with us, a picture of the dress along with the order number.

I’m YET to receive this dress.

There’s been No correspondence, no replies to my emails, can’t get through on their telephone number BUT £145.00 has been debited out of my account !!

I wouldn’t purchase from this company again and I would like a FULL refund otherwise I intend to put this all over Twitter.

When I log into the website to track my order it tells me that I have placed no orders which is incorrect, It has been 2 and a half weeks with no updates on my order so I am requesting a refund or proof that the dress is on the way.

Amended review... Thankyou to Gayle from LBD who has been efficient and more than helpful in sorting the issue with the import charges, it was a mistake somewhere along the line. I feel sad that I saw the poor reviews, and made assumptions, people rarely take the time to write a good one, so that’s why I have amended this. The dresses that arrived from Portia and Scarlett are beautiful and well made, but regrettably don't fit my daughters shape, so will be returning and hopefully the refund process will run smoothly.

Ordered 2 dresses with delivery quoted 2 - 7 days. Nearly 3 weeks later still no sign. Phone number doesn’t work. One email bounced back and the other ignored. No idea whether the dresses will turn up. No idea whether my money is gone forever. Dreadful customer service if this is a real company. Avoid at all costs. 😡
