Quality service, lovely people and a great deal. This is my second purchase from this classy retailer, and I would highly recommend them. They know their products and know their market; offer good advice but most importantly go the extra mile. Beautifully gift wrapped with a complimentary bottle of champagne. Its not often I can say this but Lister Horsfall's do tick all the boxes.

We recently visited Lister Horsfall in Halifax to purchase a watch and the customer service experience we received from Junaid I must say was exceptional. So from the moment we arrived not only did we feel welcomed but not at any one point were we made to feel pressured into making a purchase. Junaid was very helpful and spent a good few hours in helping us find the perfect watch, I cannot recommend him enough definitely worth visiting if you want good advice on your next watch purchase.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Lister Horsfall in Ilkley, and my experience was nothing short of exceptional. The purpose of my visit was to purchase a pre-owned Rolex watch, and I was assisted by two outstanding individuals, Les and George.

From the moment I entered the store, Les and George created a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere. Their extensive knowledge about the Rolex brand and watches, in general, was impressive. They took the time to share valuable insights, answering all my questions with patience and enthusiasm. It was evident that they were passionate about their craft.

The customer service I received from Les and George was outstanding. They not only guided me through the selection process but also ensured that I felt valued and well taken care of. We were able to agree on a fair and reasonable price for the Rolex watch, demonstrating their commitment to customer satisfaction.

What truly stood out was the positive and friendly atmosphere within the store. Every staff member had a genuine smile on their face, creating a welcoming environment. I felt treated with respect and courtesy throughout the entire visit.

After this outstanding experience, I am certain that I will be a returning customer at Lister Horsfall and I have full confidence in recommending this jeweller to friends and family, thanks to the exemplary service provided by Les, George, and the entire team.

I had been looking for an emerald / diamond ring for some time.

Matthew at the Ilkley store was just fabulous, knowledgeable about the gems and showing me multiple options. He sourced more options to the store to try on and I finally made a purchase after months of looking for the right emerald ring.

I’ve dealt with Lister Horsfall now for a little over 3 years and in that time they have been nothing short of exemplary. The personal touches, attention to detail and overall positive customer service I receive are a real rarity in today’s consumer world.

It's a big birthday for me. My husband wanted to buy me a special present. We went into Lister Horsfall, because I'd seen the item I wanted in the window. Danielle was the person that welcomed us in such a warm manner. We explained what we were there to purchase. I have to say at this point, I had no idea the complications behind said item. Danielle was clear in her explanations of the process. Explained fully the various additions ( basically build your own watch) but I'd seen the one I liked in the window. Danielle went away and spoke to her manager for a minute or two. When she returned she gave the news that we could, if we wanted to buy the watch. We jumped at the chance. I was also given an additional, unexpected present of a bottle of bubbly! I can honestly say I had a wonderful experience at Listers thanks to Danielle's professional, knowledge. I would definitely recommend Lister Horsfall.

I’ve been dealing with Lister Horsfall for over five years now and can’t speak highly enough of them as a company. When struggling to source a watch from elsewhere in 2018 I reached out to them, as unknown customer, to see if they had a particular watch in store which, to my surprise, they did. Two days later, it was on my wrist. Their helpfulness on that occasion made me return and since then I have purchased multiple different brands of watches from them as well as some lovely jewelry for my wife. My dealings have primarily been with Karl in the Halifax showroom and he, and the rest of his team, have been absolutely superb every time. I have recommended both family members and friends to Lister Horsfall, all of whom have been equally impressed by their dealings with them. 5 Stars & 10/10!

Had a great experience at the Halifax store, all staff very attentive and professional. Junaid in particular who I dealt with; he was knowledgable and friendly and made my purchasing experience particularly memorable.

Been visiting Lister Horsfall the past couple of years, always been into watches and they have a great selection and great staff to help you along your journey, Everytime i visit the store in Halifax i am always greeted warmly and offered a drink, since going there its clear to see that all the staff take the job very seriously and want to make sure customers are happy and looked after with or without a purchase, Ive been lucky enough to purchase watches from them, and everytime is a great occasion, a special moment is also a special moment to them aswell and not even from a (sales perspective) they pride themselves on knowing they have found the right piece for you and that you will enjoy for years to come. I went in to Lister Horsfall to have my engagement ring re sized. The whole experience was so enjoyable and they made me feel really special, they even had a bottle of champagne for me as a nice little extra touch. The assistant manager Natalie was especially welcoming and it felt like she was genuinely happy for me and not just doing her job.
I also had a watch strap adjusted at Lister Horsfall. The watch belonged to my grandma and was gifted to me after she passed away. Everyone was really professional and kind given the circumstances.

I have dealt with Lister Horsfall now for approximately 15 years and always received an exceptional level of customer service. The team there are next level and have looked after all our jewellery and watch requirements and managed our expectations impeccably for both my wife and I. Being interested in multiple branded watches, between the 2 stores, they cater for all our personal requirements. We have also recommended close friends to use their services and their experience has mirrored our own expectations. We always feel welcome and sometimes just pop in for a coffee and a chat, the team always have time to discuss potential future purchases and more importantly, other none shop related topics! George, Les, Sophie and Matthew at Ilkley are my go to store, however, I have had the pleasure of making purchases at the Halifax store too with Karl and Nick. Both stores have a fantastic feel about them. Across the board, I would not hesitate to recommend Lister Horsfall for any potential purchase for luxury watches or jewellery.

I’ve been a customer of Lister Horsfall for a couple of years now. Me and my wife always receive great service. All the staff are really friendly and easy to deal with.

I phoned Lister Horsfall, Halifax store as I wanted a BiMetal Rolex Submariner.
I was asked to call in to register which I did shortly afterwards.
A very straightforward process or so I first thought.
I was told the waiting time would be 12 to 18 months & to keep calling in which I did & purchased a Tudor BB Bronze which I really liked, as I paid for it I was informed by J you are now in a different category’, at that time I didn’t really understand what he meant so I just politely left just after he informed me ‘we have BiMetal Datejusts available also’.
I called in again to check on the ‘waiting list’ timescale.
Their Store Manager K checked his laptop & informed me ‘it’s 3 years we never know what’s coming in as we can’t order any Rolex model’. It was at this point I realised their scam for sure.
I now know they can order Rolex models & many AD’s operate this scam, leading people on (18 months in my case) in the hope they will purchase items they don’t really want just to get the one they do want.
Many AD’s also sell on to preferred customers knowing they then sell onto the grey market for an easy kickback of several hundred pounds, the branch managers have control of this, a very corrupt & profitable practice for them.
I purchased the Rolex I wanted, brand new from an honest, respectable & much more professional dealer just 2 months later without any attempt to scam me.
Recently I called in to ask for my details to be removed from their system (deregister), after checking his laptop, K informed me I was never registered originally, couldn’t find me.
I explained the scam to him, at first he denied it but as I continued he just went quiet, kept looking towards the door for fear of a customer walking in & looked & became very anxious to the point of having an aggressive tone.
Who do they think they are?
I wouldn’t dream of operating my business in this deplorable manner, the whole experience left me feeling humiliated, lied to & a complete waste of my valuable time.
I will be treating four of my employees to a new Rolex watch each when I retire in 2 to 3 years but it will never be from a Lister Horsfall branch.
I feel they are an embarrassment to the trade.
I received a pathetic insincere reply from them (see below) only after they attempted & failed to have my review removed.
My review is true & accurate, I stand by every word of it, they obviously think I & all other customers were born yesterday.
Many businesses & their friends post fake, always glowing reviews to mislead potential customers.
They are well practiced in how they operate their scam, AVOID.
