I can see that an email was sent to you on the 3rd June to advise of the cancellation and refund. This email may have found its way into your spam/junk folder

Never received my item , this store never told me it was out of stock till I messaged them after a week . Will never use these fraudsters again still waiting for my refund . Don’t bother with this site as you won’t get ya goods and they will keep your money trust me

Reasonably priced
Reasonably priced, nice quality and arrived quickly. However it seems quite hot for a 4.5 tog duvet.

So many things wrong with this order!
- I paid for next day delivery but only half the order arrived next day and I wasn't notified this would be the case
- There was an item missing from the order; this was highlighted on the shipping note received with the second order (there was no packing note with the 'next day' part) so the packer was aware but I've still not received it two weeks later or had any notification of if I might receive it
- I ordered Oxford pillow cases and what I thought were the corresponding duvet covers because the image on the website showed an Oxford edge to the duvet cover but I received standard housewife style
- I signed up to the company news letter because the website said I would get a discount and I didn't receive one
- I've emailed the company on two separate occasions and haven't had any replies
- I used this company because of a recommendation but it seems service levels are not consistent across the organisation
