Product as described. Would have given 5 stars but shipping could have been a faster.

Poulami informed me of a delay with my order from their supplier. Once my order had been shipped I was sent another email regarding when I should receive it and the company it was being shipped through. Its nice to have customer service that contacts the customer to let them know of a delay with your order instead of me having to contact them and wait who knows how long for a response, if you get a response at all.

I was shipped the wrong part. It eventually set right by Sampati. She went above and beyond to set it right. Her support was 5 stars.
