Tom made the transition so smooth. No member of staff were away from their laptops any more than 5 minutes and everything seemed to be in working order afterwards. He even managed to sort a few other niggles that we had. Would have no hesitation to recommend.

Re-installation
After a rather rocky patch I'm delighted to say Lily came through and sorted out a problem internet installation. The engineers who came to do this were experienced and knew what they were doing - and this was demonstrated in the care they took to make sure the re-installation was done properly. We are very happy with the results.

We have undergone a complete rebrand…
We have undergone a complete rebrand which of course required a lot of changes and support from Lily, but specifically Jacob. He has been quick to answer and sort problems and extremely patient in the circumstances! I was worried what would happen when everything changed over but Jacob made it look easy!
