Lights didn’t work/ lack of reply
Lights didn’t work and testing by an electrician revealed they were faulty and poor quality. I have emailed the company multiple times and also sent a request via their online contact form as their phone number has an automated message that they are not taking calls. No reply received to any of my communication attempts. Really poor customer service. Would avoid at all costs.

Excellent Service
Have bought from the company before. I initially had an issue with email receipt (actually me not the company) which Clare sorted out straight away & was fantastic. It is a shame about the lack of telephone service but Clare called me immediately on receipt of my email. Highly recommended & I will buy again.

Absolutely dissatisfied with your…
Absolutely dissatisfied with your company. I had to take my case to the BBC before you backed down and gave me a refund. My lights failed twice in the 14 months that I had them, only to be told by lighting legends that you only offer a 12 month warranty. Do yourself a favour and educate yourselves on consumer law. Ignorance of the Consumer Rights Act 2015, which has obviously been in place for some time now, is no excuse. You are hoodwinking your customers, and that type of service has no place in todays society. I had to go to great lengths to receive my refund because of your Ignorance.
Customers beware..... this product will fail all too soon, so don't be fobbed off by their 12 month warranty spiel.

Hi Brain, we feel this review is very unfair and does not represent our product or company.
We provide a 12 month warranty period on all our products which should be a reasonable amount of time for any issues to be identified and resolved.
It is extremely rare for us to have products that are faulty outside of this window. Our "Heavy Duty String Lights" product has a high ingress protection level of IP65 and is fully UKCA & CE certified. The customer return rate on this product is also extremely low at just 2.5% compared to the industry average of 5%-15%. It is also important to note that out of those returns the actual product defect rate on this specific product is less than 5%
As can be seen on multiple independent review platforms, Lighting Legends pride ourselves on providing high quality products alongside helpful and efficient customer service.
We would have to assume that on this occasion the lights have not been installed and maintained as per our product guidelines which has caused these issues to occur. You informed us of the issues once the products had exceeded their warranty period, and we did not have an accurate time as to when the issue first arose.
We would expect any product issues that occur to be reported within a reasonable time frame, which in this case unfortunately did not happen.
This has been fully resolved. We received your retuned lights and you have been refunded.

This company is absolutely exceptional. Their customer service is first class. Friendly, knowledgable and attentive caring staff. In this day and age where customer service has been found wanting, Lighting legends truly are a beacon of light and other companies should take note. Poor quality
Bought them less than a year ago, was looking at adding extra set when checked the connection found it had disintegrated and had a funny smell so cleaned it up and the lights tripped so not usable.

Beautiful Lights + Fantastic Service
Exactly as ordered, very strong lights, look fantastic in the garden. Placed a couple of orders over the past year. Also, they went above and beyond after I explained I needed the last order urgently and was able to get delivery upgraded to next day. 10/10 would definitely recommend.

Great products
Great products, service and price. Contact from Lighting Legends was excellent, by real people, quick and knowledgable. We are really pleased with the festoon lights and the WiFi switch is excellent and just what we wanted and couldn’t find from an electrical wholesaler yet these guys have them - brilliant.

No order and no contact
Not sure what’s going on with this company. They don’t answer phones nor respond to emails. Ordered through them as they state express delivery, lots of reviews to say they deliver quickly although I now see these are at least a year old. As per review below, they say it’s been dispatched but the courier status has been showing as awaiting the package for at least three days now. Have emailed asking to cancel my order as clearly it’s not left them. Let’s see how that pans out.

Placed an order for the heavy duty lights on Wednesday and they were delivered on the Saturday. Great service. Quality is second to none - this is my second set. Brilliant quality and very hard wearing. Would recommend them.

Hello after hearing good things about…
Hello after hearing good things about lighting legend I decided to purchase some mains powered garden lights and what a good decision that turned out to be . They were easy to install and are a lot brighter than any solar garden lights I have ever purchased . So after buying 15m I also bought another 15m and another 7m to finish the whole garden perimeter. I am very impressed with these lights and would recommend anybody else to go to lighting legends if you are after garden lighting

Con artists do NOT trust!
Con artists - avoid at all costs! As per some of the reviews below, I ordered some lights weeks ago and they never arrived. After multiple attempts chasing them for updates, and being told there are 'staffing' issues, my order has still not arrived. I asked for a refund, to which the response I received was that I need to send the item back for a refund - how is this possible when I haven't received it in the first place!!! This is a shady company do NOT order from them.

This review is totally inaccurate. We have had some logistical and staffing issues that have caused unavoidable delays and we sincerely apologies for this. As you have not identified yourself it is difficult to comment. However we would only ask you to return the lights for a refund if you had received them. Finally found great quality lights!
Recently ordered outdoor lights which took about 3 weeks ish to arrive…. no big deal, they must be very busy after their Facebook promotion. Be patient people! Excellent quality lights, so much better than the ones you get from the likes of B&Q. The UK standard plug fits perfectly into my outdoor socket. Can’t wait for it to get dark! I would definitely recommend this company and I might even buy some more.

AVOID AT ALL COST
Stay clear of this Company, I can absolutely vouch you should avoid this Company at all costs. They will send you polite emails and string you along but still waiting for the lights to arrive (3 weeks later). Today I have asked for a full refund with no response.
