Luis spent a good amount of time and efforts in helping me to obtain financing. Luis was highly accessible for communication throughout the whole process and we achieved the goal in the end so thank you!

Luis was helpful and knows his way aorund finance and the application process. I feel Luis was let down by Liberty's back end processing team. I was preliminarily approved for finance, then conditionally (with about 15 seperate items) and this plethora of information (at the last hour) casued settlement to be delayed twice. The assesor refused to base my fiance on a 70% LVR and wanted the LVR to be 60%, despiute liquiity in my SMSF being capable of outright property purcahse, despite my residedntial home being used as guarantee with at least 70% equity. We rested on 65% LVR which has led to a decreased amount of cash in my SMSF, which is what I ironically utilise to make more income. Another reason sited was the assesor not believing the rental assessment of 550 being a lowish rent. I've just rented the place for the next 12 months for 600p.w. Yet another reason to be dissatisfied wiht the process. Again, not Luis'fault. He helped me push back to the assessor and the Liberty system routinely and had he not be on my side, I simpley would have walked away

Obtaining a loan with Liberty was quite stressful. The process took approximately two weeks and required support from a range of areas of the business in order to get the loan sorted. I appreciate that Covid-19 and the shutdown of the Victorian office played a significant part in this. Luis was tenacious throughout the process and kept at it even after I was ready to throw it all in. I think Luis did an exceptional job in the circumstances. We got there in the end.

Luis has been wonderful throughout this whole process. Readily available and always happy to answer our questions. We will definitely use his services again.
