I bought the calendar and stand years ago but last year I waited too long to order the calendar and had to purchase a different calendar. I ordered this early this year because the calendar is an easy to use. I can see at a glance what my week has in store.

FRUSTRATED AND DISAPPOINTED
I took 3 days getting my order right and when I went to checkout, the 30% off and free shipping wouldn't work at checkout so I kept calling customer service to have them fix it but they were always closed when I called. So the next day I tried to place my order and THE SALE HAD ENDED!!! OK. So I reworked my order for the 35% sale, but everything I wanted was on sale but not CLEARANCE!!! The crawl at the top said "SHOP THE SALE"!! I thought I did! Then at checkout it said I had 392 points to apply but,alas, I did not. Apparently 300 points only gets you $30. to apply so it didn't work for my $476.00 order! At the checkout it said "you saved $6.45 ! Whoo hoo. I gave up and left. Good luck to you.

Return fee mix up
I have been a customer with Levenger since it started and this was the first time I have been anything but very pleased. I was very unhappy that I had been charged $2.98 for free the free returns option when I had qualified for having the no-cost returns. I did not need the free return service because in almost 35 years of being a customer I've never had to return anything, but I really didn't like be told it was free and then being billed for it.
It was good of Levenger to refund the $2.98 when i complained, but I received no explanation of how that happened. I will try to be extra careful if I order anything from Levenger again.

Happy I finally took the plunge...
Seems that everything in this particular order has arrived in good condition. This was a break-down and buy it kind of a purchase, because I've always loved the multiple ink colors in the Levenger catalog, and have a lasting fascination with fountain pens. The difficulty was in recognizing where the problems with the mess of refilling the pens comes in and how to mitigate that. I think I've figured it out now. While this means using gloves, newspaper, and a bib apron to catch and spatter and drips, and being sure the pen parts are properly mated and not leaky, I'm getting better at it w/o waste.

My beautiful Belleek items arrived sooner than expected and in perfect shape. Each was in an attractive gift box. The St Brigid votives are lovely -- and large! They will create a gorgeous glow. Fantastic customer service - a small issue with my international order was quickly resolved. I've always loved Belleek Pottery, and all that I have had been given as gifts. Now I am very impresses with the company and happy to do business with them again.
