CAN’T REALLY FIND MUCH BETTER
Great store. Super-high-quality items. Realistic pictures and descriptions on website. Superb customer service with thorough, dedicated employees. It’s easy to call here if something ( rarely happens) goes awry. I love their pens, circa notebooks, carrying cases and backpacks. EXTREMELY CONSISTENT AND RELUABLE. I have to ( lol) almost physically restrain myself from purchasing more due to my budget. LOVE IT.

Outstanding company to work with and…
Outstanding company to work with and that is what you want in a business that deals in these types of products. My experience with their customer services have been minimal and that is the way it is supposed to be. We can forget this simple fact. When we make our purchases, we should not be worrying about a "What if...?" scenario. The quality should be there. If it isn't, then you are shopping at the wrong store. I think Levenger is the Right place to shop for the things they have to offer. That says enough.

The product is excellent but communication very difficult
The product is excellent but getting there to order it correctly became convoluted and mismanaged. Too much time was spent it getting it solved. Fatigue from poor customer service from too many business is overtaking years of customer loyalty.
