I had a great experience with Letsgo2 - Caroline Moore was very helpful and all the arrangements went perfectly. We had a wonderful holiday, and I would not hesitate to use Letsgo2 next year.

We booked our holiday with let's go 2 , and had no issues at all , everything went as planned , resulting in a fabulous holiday.

These guys go that proverbial extra mile. Ask for Caroline. EXCELLENT did what she promised and it made a huge difference.

Ordered flight+hotel packages twice with them - always best pricing in the market, no one came even close to matching the offer. Seamless communication, low deposits; they also accept all credit cards (think Amex, think points) and do not charge commission for using these cards. What's not to like?

Unfortunately as a repeat customer I have had to give this company a negative review. This is the first online tour operator where the price you are quoted goes up after you have agreed to it, paid a deposit for and get confirmation of your holiday! I was quoted a price and was informed the next day that the price had gone up as flights hadn’t been confirmed. They still sent confirmation and took my deposit. When I called they said it wasn’t their fault but the airline’s. Therefore my lesson is that with this crew, the price you see is not the price you necessarily pay! They agreed to pay half of the amount which is fine but I’m booking with the travel agent not Emirates! Whilst waiting to be put through yesterday (16 hours after first booking my holiday), I tried the holiday again online and was still quoted the amount I had originally settled on. Disappointing as a repeat customer and I will definitely not be back to them. I have recommended this company to so many people but will be telling people to steer clear of them in future!

The email I received after I lodged my complaint was badly worded and grammar was poor. Not very professional.

Our Dubai holidays were awesome thanks to Letsgo2. Their advisor helped us with choosing a perfect resort and location for us. Our most expensive vacations so far - but it was worth it!

I booked the Shangi-La in Oman with flights with Lets2Go.

They sent emails with all the details I needed and even passed on my special requests. They were the cheapest by far for the holiday I was after and everything was arranged perfectly with no issues or fumbling about looking for information as they were provided in the emails supplied.

Just returned from an 11night holiday in St Lucia booked via Letsgo2.
The company performed as I would have expected with no problems at all.
We even received an ATOL certificate which guaranteed us a return flight if they were to go under during our holiday. Thankfully not needed but that was a first and reassuring. Can highly recommend them.

Phoned letsgo2 for a holiday to Palm Tree Court Dubai and they got me the room I needed when no one else could. Sunil made sure it was all available when the other travel agents said they would have to request it.

Am booking another holiday back there this week!
