I recently bought caravan insurance and had no hesitation in using leisure days company again, after an interlude of a few years. The staff helped me understand what I needed from the insurance and if I felt the quote was right for me, which I did. The lady who I spoke with was very helpful and the due process was completed with no hindrances whatsoever. The lady even emailed the caravan park with my new policy schedule, so that the park could receive it quickly. A very professional service indeed.

Excellent experience with leisuredays, have previously been insured through caravanguard when we had a touring caravan so we knew they were a good set up, so our first port of call when we got our static holiday home was leisuredays- the customer service person was very professional, helpful and just nice to deal with. The insurance premium was very competitive as well.

The service on line was easy but once taken out there was no confirmation and I had to email to ask has it gone through.

The policy was easy to set up and the staff that I dealt with were very polite and knowledgeable that made the process very easy. 5 star
