Demi Roberts and Melanie Vieira were excellent planners for our trip. They took care of every detail and they promptly answered any emails sent.
My husband and I had never traveled with Jacada before and were a little nervous as it was all a bespoke travel experience with various drivers and guides throughout the trip. We were blown away by the efficiency of how everything worked once we arrived in Argentina. Drivers and guides were waiting and had communicated with us prior. The vehicles were all new and clean. Our guides were all super personable and very knowledgeable. The whole process was seamless.
The highlights of our trip were our stay at Estancia Cristina, what a magical place, and of course El Chalten. You can't go wrong experiencing the majesty of Cerro Torre and Fitz Roy. The stay at El Puma in El Chalten was excellent. We stayed at El Puma in one of their suites in the new annex and it was lovely. We also had the special chance to truly experience the town of Chalten as everything was walkable. I would highly recommend staying at this lodge. Besides having restaurants, bars and shopping available, the hiking trails were walkable right from the lodge.
While in Chalten, Jacada arrange a hiking guide, Julia Lubarsky, for our two day hikes. She was over the top excellent. What a lovely person to hike with. She was knowledgeable and engaging throughout both our hikes. We felt as if we were hiking with an old friend. She made our time in Chalten extra special. Not only did she guide us on our hikes but she made recommendations for restaurants, shops etc. and also gave us links to videos about the area.
This trip with Jacada was definitely top of our list in travel experiences. We would definitely travel with Jacada again.
As far as cost of the trip, we found the price to be comparable to comanies such as Abercrombie & Kent, Tauck, Butterfield & Robinson etc., however the individual experience with Jacada could not be beat and was worth every penny spent.

I had an amazing experience with Jacada Travel! Our travel designer, Emily Wallington, and travel concierge, Kamogelo Dolo, were absolutely delightful to work with. They tailored our month trip to Africa as we wished. The ground team from wilderness were very dependable. A few individuals I’d like to highlight are: George (Nairobi based), Jado and Ellie (Rwanda - Bisate Lodge), Thank you (Namibia - Soussevlei Desert Lodge), Michael (Zanzibar - Xanadu Villas). These guides went above and beyond expectations and provided stellar hospitality!

We couldn't be more pleased with our 20 day Moroccan adventure that immersed us into culture, people, food, religion, the countryside, villages, crafts, marketplaces, etc. Another spectacular Jacada excursion, this time orchestrated by Rosie & Grace. Rosie crafted a personalized itinerary to match our goals, while Grace added the final touches to make it unique and perfect in every aspect. 

Our reasons for returning to Jacada over and over again are numerous:  each adventures is a customized private itinerary designed to our travel goals and what we hope to receive from an excursion, the designer and concierge truly listen to us, its luxury all around, stress free, worry free, all the planning to the smallest detail is taken care of, organized, and very efficient.

During the entire development process, communication was frequent and proactive by Jacada. Rosie & Grace shared new ideas and reacted to our feedback in order to make our trip truly special. Their knowledge and expertise in our destination made the trip stress free while allowing us to enjoy all that Morocco had to offer.  

Everything from landing in country to take off was carried through with efficiency and precision. Counting the days until we go wheels up on our next adventure. 

Great experience. Very thorough and adaptable to changing plans. They scheduled a fantastic trip for us to Africa. We felt like it was well planned and that we were supported throughout our journey.

Ease, follow through and great experience

We had a wonderful trip thanks to great advise and attention from our organizers at Jacada. From jungle wildlife to Mayan wonders, caves, flats fishing, shark swims, reef snorkeling and beach dinners, we experienced so much in two weeks. Lodging choices were all great and every connection was smooth and seamless. Thanks Jacada!

Communication is always important and it was done well. From the beginning with Emily Wallington to Basse at Damaraland lodge. People were at airports when I arrived and was escorted through customs in a timely manner. The pilots of the small aircraft of Wilderness did a great job. Will be considering future trips back to Africa. I travel alone so I appreciate interactions with all involved.

Jessica and Georgina planned a truly epic and fun trip to Vietnam!! Everything was wonderful from the stellar hotels to the carefully planned and fun packed days. They were sure to include all of our special requests. The local guides were terrific and we couldn’t believe how well organized the days were to maximize our experiences. We were able to learn the history and culture, have one on one visits with the local people, and do hiking, biking and boating to explore the beautiful country. Everything we wanted and more!

Our Vietnam/Cambodia excursion was seamless from touchdown to wheels up. We were greeted at every stop with knowledgeable guides and terrific drivers, the hotels and experience were excellent and on the ground support was super accessible.

When I searched the internet for the best private travel company with expertise in South America, I was contacted by James Sirotkin. And that was when my good fortune began. James helped me to plan the most incredible trip to Argentina, Chile and Brazil. And he also connected me with Anabel Lopez based in Quito,Ecuador. Anabel helped us with the fine tuning of each day of our trip. Not only were our accommodations the most luxurious that we had ever experienced. But each day we were connected with our own private driver and guide, each with a specific expertise in the area that we were touring. We were never with a tour group and the individual attention was unbeatable.
Our itinerary had us start in beautiful Buenos Aires. After 4 days there, we flew to El Calafate in the deep southern part of Patagonia where we saw the Perito Moreno glacier and the beautiful mountain range of Mount Fitzroy and Cerro Torre hovering over the quaint village of El Chalten. Next, we traveled across the beautiful Argentinian steppe to arrive at Explora Patagonia situated at the base of the massif of Torres Del Paine. While there, each day we hiked with private guides into the wilderness. Stunning beauty!! And finally, we flew north to end our trip with 4 days in Rio de Janeiro.
Each destination was breathtakingly beautiful. But what made this trip stand high above all the others was the personal details that were made by James and Anabel. We will never use any other travel company except Jacada for our future travel needs.

Highly recommended travel company! When a once in a lifetime trip to Sri Lanka was decided, I looked around for a travel company that could realize my dreams. All other travel agents fell short of Jacada. My desire of 5 star resorts, excellent food, scuba diving, UNESCO sightseeing, and relaxation where met with a 6 star review.

It was such an amazing experience having Lizzie and Melanie plan my birthday trip to Belize! I'm used to planning all the vacations for our family, but this was such a fantastic and much more relaxing experience I will definitely do it again! Thank you both so much

What a great experience I had working with Travel Designer Lucy and Sandy our Concierge! Lucy was exceptional in designing my itinerary while listening to my objective, wants, and needs in visiting Northern and Central Vietnam. Sandy was wonderful in communicating with our travel group of 10 while putting on the final details of our trip. Communication was always professional and any questions/concerns were answered promptly.
The arrival and transfers to our hotel was seamless and just put us all at ease while traveling to a new Country. We loved our 1st accommodations but amazingly loved all of the succeeding accommodations even more! We were grateful for our wonderful tour guide Duc who was knowledgeable, professional, personable, kind, and funny! Our driver had exceptional skills and we always felt safe with him behind the wheel; and our travel bus was comfortable and roomy. Our group was in awe of the personal touches that Lucy and Sandy extended to our group through out our tour that made us feel like we were A listed travelers! And the icing on the cake was the gift of Personalized Post Cards that outlined our Vibrant Vietnam trip! Truly unbelievable!
