Hello I am Mahnoor. I want to right this review for Heather.. she is an absolute gem! So friendly and accommodating. Gave me the best customer service. I have another viewing with her too now. She is really understanding as well. I liked her a lot!!!

If you’re a landlord who cares about your tenants, avoid Leef. If you’re a renter considering a property managed by them, run the other way.

This agency is a masterclass in poor communication and disregard for renters. Emails go unanswered, leaving you in limbo. You never know who is actually responsible for managing your property—agents seem to come and go without any notification or handover, and you’re left chasing for basic updates or resolutions.

Their lack of professionalism and transparency makes dealing with them a constant headache. It’s deeply frustrating to feel ignored and unsupported. I truly hope they improve, but for now, I cannot recommend them to anyone—landlords or tenants alike.

Awful company. Uncommunicative, keen to scam you at every opportunity, poor at organising repairs and overcharges.

To be honest I was bit late but they showed all the house and the representer was very nice and easy to ask all the questions. Heather was sweet and explained all the details.

A simple, Straightforward walk through of our property, with the relevant information given. Very nicely presented. Thank you Heather!

Jenny started off really nice. I moved into the Millbeck House property in July 2023 and it seemed okay.
My initial concern started when I would complain about issues in the house and would not receive a response.
Would you believe, I never used my TV all through the duration of my stay due to their bad cables and Nathan Bleasdale, Jenny, Ella Twiss or Charlotte Thorpe would never reply to any of my emails.
The room windows did not have any coverings and I wasn’t allowed to provide one without a fine.
The heating in the bedroom would automatically go off shortly after being turned on and they wouldn’t replace them.
Imagine having a one year old and using and electric blanket/ mobile heating due to the incompetence of these lots.
My mailbox was broken and they never attended to it.
My holding deposit of almost £900 has not been paid 4 months after leaving the property.
They claim I left scruff marks on the wall etc which I suppose would happen whilst living in the property. However, they were happy to get a new tenant less than 10 days after I left without any painting jobs done. So much for needing all of my holding deposit.

There’s so much I want to add on here including screenshots of our correspondence but I can’t attach them on here.
They are literally the most incompetent people to hold a job and I’m putting it mildly. The day you lot get a class action lawsuit due to your negligence (oh and I’m very sure it’s coming). I’ll gladly be a witness.

So I went for a viewing recent and met the amazing Heather! Let’s say the viewing experience will go down in the history books and was hilarious. After getting locked in the bedroom for 40 minutes, Heather was calm and collected while we sorted it out. Fairs to stay I still applied and I’m looking forward to moving in. The application and confirmation process has been quick and painless; I’d definitely recommend this letting agent!

Claire was fantastic today, inspection went great. Gave me clarity on how to raise issues with maintenance and sent me a link for any future issues.

Heather, great viewing and went into great detail about the property.

Ciara made my experience amazing! She’s the best property manager I’ve experienced since I moved in 5 months ago. Had an issue and she made sure it was resolved and was very transparent with it as well, carried out regular check ins and stayed in the loop which showed great concern and priority for my well being. Contrary to my first encounter, Ciara from Leef has made an overturn and I am very pleased with the service I have received so far!

Heather was amazing, extremely helpful and very friendly.

The representative from Leef Properties was extremely knowledgeable about the property, explaining in detail the history and current use of the house.
We were given as much time as we wanted to look around the apartment and grounds. She was helpful,very friendly and explained the rental application process clearly and in detail.

Claire is very helpful and organised. I met her twice, once during key handling and again during inspection, and both times everything was perfect. She answered my questions in a nice way.

Wonderful experience, brilliant from Claire, who was very supportive and attentive throughout the whole process. Please do take a look at this brilliant company!

My experience with this company has been totally negative.
The customer service is very poor. Faults reported have been ignored. Tried numerous times to contact them, all my emails have been ignored, the office phone number is constantly "experiencing high call volume", it is impossible to get through; the agent who is responsible for my son's flat appears to block my mobile.
I do not recommend this company to anyone who wish to rent a property from them.

Heather conducted our inspection today and was superb, in and out swiftly and was a pleasure to throughout!

I am writing this review to warn others about my extremely negative experience with Leefproperties. After renting a property from them, we were subjected to a frustrating and unfair dispute over our deposit.

Despite leaving the property in impeccable condition, Leefproperties has invented various reasons to withhold our deposit. Their tactics have been nothing short of deceitful and unprofessional. I am still fighting to recover our rightful money.

I strongly advise anyone considering renting from Leefproperties to think twice. Their treatment of tenants is unacceptable, and I would not recommend them to anyone.

Beware of positive comments on social media because they are all fake.
