Lovely product with great customer service. There was a lot of toing and froing by us to get the design right and the team, especially Annie, was super helpful.

Great and personable experience. Any challenge or issue was dealt with promptly and the hoodies have all turned out perfectly. The attention to detail from Slav, our account manager, was exceptional. His efforts and help can not be understated. I have already passed on details to next years hoodie leader.

Very disappointed. Ordered a hoodie taking good care of measuring my son’s chest, height, arm length etc, compared with their guideline measurements and ordered a hoodie that is way too small. Of course with no possibility to return it. I absolutely do not recommend their products as their sizes are false

The staff were really helpful and the children loved their hoodies.

I organised both my sons leaver jumpers, they are always quick responses and even small modify last minutes they did perfectly. Quality of jumpers are really good make sure order bigger size so wear a longer. DHL delivery a hour slot notification also helps for busy mums.

As a school, we were really pleased with our bulk order of hoodies. We submitted our design requirements and received exactly what we had hoped for. The order took 2 weeks to be manufactured and delivered and there was plenty of communication between the phases. This is not our first purchase and likely won’t be our last

Slave was really helpful and responsive. And the attention to detail was great. Even though most names of the class were foreign names, there were no corrections required from the first draft.
One suggestion to improve on is perhaps getting a descriptive comparison of the various sizes of the badges/logo as just the sizes in millimeters may not be well understood.
Above all, the kids love their hoodies!! and the graffiti style lettering was great to have for their age group.

My usual supplier had let me down, I found this company on a google search and I am so glad I did.
My timeline was very tight but I was assured that they would be delivered on time, which they were.
I had a couple of issues with the design, but I was guided through this expertly with the team nothing was too much trouble.
I would recommend this company they were a pleasure to deal with.
