Unfortunately upon washing my son’s…
Unfortunately upon washing my son’s garments they shrank considerably. The process to get them replace was extremely cumbersome and when asked for a larger size to avoid drastic shrinkage again this was denied. While the customer service representative was friendly I did not feel I got the resolution deserved and would say the quality of these items are not of sufficient standard unless you do not wash them! The care label also states that you can tumble dry them but in my opinion that would be a dire mistake!

Excellent customer service!
Throughout my whole experience with this company any queries I had were responded to within the working day. Staff were incredibly helpful and patient despite me asking to change the artwork on the back of the hoodies multiple times.
The hoodies arrived during the expected window, and were of excellent quality. Colours were exactly as expected, the embroidery was very neat and detailed on every piece, and they wash well.
The only criticism I can offer is that the range of colours could be broadened a little. Overall, excellent, and I would order again!

Great but as always can improve
It was good. But may I suggest paying a deposit for a number of sizes to be sent for people to try before they buy?Then it can be refunded once the sample items returned? Or added as a credit for the organiser?
Kids all grow at different rates and think this could be the key to repeat happy order. Our Yr 6s range from 3'10" to 5'8" ....so having samples to try would be ideal.
Quality is brilliant as is the print & embroidery!
