Just told to subscribe to a relevant online magazine so I could find a solicitor.
They are all London based and I could have googled this information so this didn’t help me.

I followed the advice I was given and…
I followed the advice I was given and used the wording in my emails that was suggested by the advisor, my housing assoication has allowed me to set up a payment plan however they have still not given me a break down of what the charges are for all they said was it was for Robert Dalmedge the Housing Officer to sort out.
