Amazing service. Needed a Lens in a short space of time, and they went out of their way to send me the lens on time. Quick responses to emailed questions, and the Lens is exactly as described.

I always go in to their Chichester store where their staff are incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. I get my sensors cleaned there and recently added to my collection of binoculars, after which I bought a harness for them online from Bristol. Great people and I thoroughly recommend.

I needed a replacement Lumix G lens for my Panasonic GX80K. The teams in Oxford and Chichester helped me to source the perfect replacement and arranged for it's shipment to Reading for my collection within 2 days a great all round service.

I received really excellent service from the guys at LCE Chichester. They went to great lengths to rectify on a small issue I had on a tripod and even ordered a different model in from overseas. Really brilliant stuff.

Very fast delivery, all as expected

I needed some advice after taking my camera travelling and letting it get wet. The guy who served me was very understanding and helpful, he did some checks on the camera and inspected the lens for free. I was advised what was best to do considering my options. I left with a new camera base and the same lens and felt pleased with my choice!

The shop staff where very helpful and direct been dealing with your shops for about 20yrs had very good service from thank you.

I visited the LCE shop in Chichester, as I wanted to upgrade from the Canon 60D I’ve used for over 12 years. Harrison was very friendly and knowledgeable and asked what I wanted to get out of the camera and what I may use it for, opposed to trying to upsell. I left my camera with him for half an hour so he could quote before I did a part exchange for a EOS R7 which came with a brilliant discount. Harrison also explained how I could claim £20 cashback through the Canon website. I left an SD card by mistake with what I traded in so he reached out and has organised this to be sent in the post to me as I don’t visit Chichester often. Would 100% recommend LCE to anyone. Great to see shops still on the high street and a far better experience than trying to navigate which is the right camera on Amazon etc.

I contacted a couple of LCCentres. I had a detailed and knowledgeable response from Ben in Bognor. It was by far the best response, and enabled me to make a decision about my current camera.
Links were posted to compare, but there was also absolutely clear advice as well.
I won’t ask anyone else in future, I hope he stays there.

This was my first order, and I got a little confused with the conformation number sent by I believe PayPal. I made a phone call to the Chichester branch and was given the help that put me right. Very fast delivery, well packed, goods as described.

As a frequent purchaser of camera equipment from LCE in my local area, I am on the group's emailing list. I was considering upgrading my binoculars for a forthcoming photographic holiday in Costa Rica, but wasn't convinced the difference would be that significant. When I received an email blast advertising a trip round Chichester Harbour with Chichester Harbour Conservancy, in collaboration with LCE Chichester, Swarovski Optik and Opticron, specifically aimed at prospective binocular purchasers, it was an opportunity not to be missed. The work that all stakeholders put in, particularly LCE's Carl Cresswell, was impressive and much appreciated. Since the weather forecast for the event was not encouraging during the week leading up, it was not certain that the Conservancy would be able to proceed with it. Carl kept in touch with me by phone right up until the day before, and was very helpful in suggesting a suitable hotel, providing clear directions, etc. I collected my new Swarovski NL Pure 10 x 42 binoculars from the Chichester store straight after the event, and was very impressed with the range of equipment on display. A thoroughly professional and impressive service was provided by all throughout the entire process, many thanks all!
