I did everything online via email as I am deaf Donna very helpful answered all my questions of which there were .many, my bed arrived this week very comfy though i am just getting used to it mattress just the right firmness yet soft enough for my arthritis delivery was great as they were busy and my bed could not be fitted on van they sent it seperate and fitters arrived half hour later to fit answered any questions I had so far no problems, the only gripe I had was the finance offered which i gather is outsourced to another company i did not take it up as the questions were far to intrusive even going so far as to asking my height,weight and how much i spent on food plus wanting 2 next of kin with phone numbers and address i have worked in finance all my life never seen anything like it I decided to put on my credit card who then offered my to pay by installments no interest plus NO QUESTIONS so I presume the company Laybrook use want to see what the odds are are me living long enough (1YEAR) to clear the debt !

Ordered for my elderly mother.. Easy to order great customer service good communication with ordering by phone and good delivery service .very polite and quick putting electric bed together .would recommend .

From start to finish the staff were fantastic even keeping the bed in storage until we had moved. Since sleeping on the bed our sleep has been fantastic and pain free.

We had experience of purchasing from Laybrook when a relative needed a care bed. The fact that everything was detailed on the website, options, prices expected delivery times etc. when we needed the bed moving 75 miles in a very short timeframe we agreed a “self move” followed by a service visit to transfer warranty and ownership. As a retired service specialist/ manager I found the cost very reasonable. We then decided to purchase a dual frame bed and again all costs were available and clear. I feel that the products are good value and having dealt with sales, customer service, logistics and accounts all my interactions have been friendly and helpful. Delivery was timely and the staff efficient and friendly, all packaging removed and the room left tidy. I did a walk through video of the delivery route from drive to bedroom for the logistics team.

I'm very pleased with the adjustable bed. I initially chose this company because their brochure included a comprehensive price list, whereas most others did not, but were keen to send a demo salesman who I suspected would want me to commit to buy. I preferred to visit the Laybrook showrooms where the salesman demonstrated the beds. I then chose the style and options that I wanted. Delivery was on time and the bed efficiently assembled. Highly recommended.

Laybrook employ excellent staff from Stuart the sales manager to the delivery men who did a great job. Very pleased with bed which is very comfortable. When phoning the company they are very helpful.

The whole process from start to finish was first class. Ordering the bed online was simple and straight forward. Laybrook kept in touch regularly while the bed was being built and then the lads who delivered and installed the bed were prompt, professional and very polite. So I would happily recomend Laybrook to anyone.

Laybrook was one of three companies that we contacted but was the only one that could provide what we needed. Communication was excellent and we had a long and detailed conversation over the phone to discuss our needs and what could be done.
The order to delivery time was significantly longer than the estimate that we were given although this was largely due to the company closing for two weeks for the Easter break.
The delivery team were excellent and explained the workings of the mechanism in detail.
We have only had the bed for six days but so far are very pleased with it. My wife has significant mobility issues and the adjustable height makes it much easier for her to get in and out of. The mattress is also very comfortable and an improvement on what we had before.

Great bed and a great company to deal with.
The delivery engineers were very helpful and professional they even helped to move the old bed out of the house.
I have no hesitation recommending Laybrook.

We took a long time to decide on which bed would be best for Mum and we are so pleased we went with Laybrook, can’t recommend them highly enough.

The initial over the phone ordering process with DAN was excellent. On the 31st March 2026 I ordered a 3 ft adjustable with 2 drawers. I was advised that there would be a delay as the whole factory was about to shut down for a week due to the Easter holidays. Apparently this is deemed to be a special order and cancellation has to be within 48 hours according to their terms and conditions even though you have 14 days to cancel an order that isn't special order. One doesn't order this type of expensive bed unless there is a serious need for it. At the time of order there was, as my wife was due to leave hospital nursing a fractured hip as well as being frail and elderly at 77 years. Within 4 days of ordering, i was informed by the hospital that my wife would not be coming home due to her mental capicity having become more severe and therefore i no longer needed to order this bed. I contacted the company straight away only to be told that the bed was a special order because of the two drawers and that i would therefore forefit my just over £300 deposit. As basic rate UK pensioners with no savings we are unable to just lose this sort of money but Laybrook have shown no compassion whatsoever just quoting terms and conditions and have not even responded to my recent email pointing out that UK law states that companies should show compassion in certain circumstances when retaining money. I would very much suggest that anyone ordering a bed from this company that is deemed to be special order - this being anything other than a very basic bed - should really think long and hard as to wether Laybrook is the company to order from.

Excellent website with products aptly described and priced. Easy to order on line although I ordered by "phone and found staff friendly and helpful. Their adaptations available so that the end product is almost exactly what is required. Good communication after order placed and delivery very prompt. Installation was straightforward and use explained.

Just brought a new mattress had it a couple of days my arthritis seems to be not as painful the edge of the mattress is firmer so it helps when getting in and out of bed it was expensive but I love it and definitely worth it for the extra comfort thankyou laybrook

No pressure from salesmen coming to your house, easy to read brochure, questions answered clearly by staff, delivery time adhered to and the two guys were polite and effficient

Everything made easy from ordering to the excellent communcation and brilliant delivery which was on time and the engineers both professional and pleasant. The installation went very smoothly and they cleaned up after themselves. I must say that I found Customer Services (Maria) both helpful and proactive when I had to change the delivery date unexpectantly.

Lovely bed individually made for us, delivered on time and installed by a cheerful experienced technician who explained the working in plain language that was easy to understand. Would recommend this company wholeheartedly.
