Representative turned up on time, a very pleasant, confidant young lady who was very knowledgeable about the company and its products.i ordered the Sandown bed and was told I should have it delivered and assembled in 4-6 weeks.
The customer service department were also very helpful when they knew that delivery was limited due to dialysis routine and other appointments.
The day of delivery went very smoothly. Firstly they removed the bed being replaced , they could see I was having difficulties with the stairs and vacuumed the inevitable fluff that was left after the bed was removed.
Assembling the new bed was carried out like a well oiled machine and when ready they instructed me in using the controls for adjusting the bed.
Two very pleasant gentlemen.

My request for a brochure was quickly met with a telephone call to arrange an appointment. Because I was seriously seeking a mobility chair, I accepted this shortcut, realising it is a marketing tactic and probably to be expected. The salesman, Henry, was charming, informed and thorough, and gave additional help with arranging the collection of my existing, bulky recliner (which I was pleased to hear will passed on to a British Heart Foundation charity shop). The chair was duly collected by Jack who couldn't have been more helpful; he moved a settee and offered any further assistance needed to accommodate expected carpet-layers.
However, when scrolling through Charterhouse's entry on the Internet, I was surprised to find that several chairs, my chosen model among them, were being offered at half-price. Upon enquiring, I was informed that this only applied when a customer was purchasing a 'static' piece of furniture along with a full-price item. Nowhere on their advertisement was this mentioned. I suspected there would be a 'catch' but am disappointed that a firm of Charterhouse's standing, receiving such appreciative plaudits, has felt it necessary to adopt this tactic.
Additionally, there are many more models of their recliner chairs featured on the Internet than in their brochure.
So - despite the unusually high standard of the Charterhouse representatives I encountered - don't be immediately taken in by what you see!
Good sale man went above the call of duty. Pleasant & friendly.

I tried other companies but found the Charter House one the best The chair is excellent quality It was brought to my house and demonstrated . Joe was pleasant and helpful. I would recommend Charter House

The representative Henry was very helpful. He showed us a demonstration chair and carefully explained the riser recliner workings and went through the health benefits.
He measured the customer and explained why and what difference it would make.
The customer has a learning disability and Henry was very ‘kind and understanding’. He was happy to explain things again and answer questions.
He was also very friendly which helped her relax.

Just had my new recliner chair delivered this morning by two lovely guys so polite so helpful,ran through how the chair works made sure I was happy with if ,then they asked if they could help to move our furniture around to suit the new chair,what a lovely couple of men ,thank you so much for your lovely manner and helpfulness,

A great experience for my 80 year old mum. Nothing was too much trouble and real care was taken to ensure she was happy and comfortable with the process with as many questions as needed being answered. On the day of delivery both Wayne and Danny were patient and took so much care with the space being so tight to ensure the bed was installed and ready for use - a great company to deal with

Although I gave a bad review previously once I spoke with Tom and my problem was sorted my Rise Recliner arrived today. And have to say I am delighted with the design which is a far better design than the one I already have .The delivery team were excellent cannot praise them enough great advert for this business .The only reason they lost one star was when I was dealing with the second girl on the phone she had an attitude problem everyone else was 5 star from salesman till delivery team.Just a little update to my review just like to thank Tom for the Kind Gesture I received today along with my receipt Thankyou Charterhouse
