Absolutely amazing place. It’s the second time I’ve had to use Langford a few years ago with my dog Ripley who was paralysed from slipped disk and recently for my dog. The vets are amazing and very friendly. Staff/ reception team very friendly love practice.

All the staff on reception were very kind and the vet Sophie Conway was great. She explained everything clearly and had a very caring demeanour.

Our Labrador had tetanus this year, an often fatal condition. He is now fully recovered after the best and most thorough medical care from Langford Small Animal Hospital. Over the last ten months all of the team at Langford showed us compassion and care way beyond our expectations.

Absolutely fantastic place. This was my first time visiting Langford Small Animal Hospital & whilst I'd heard good things about them, I was still anxious as I was understandably concerned about my dog. From the moment I arrived to the moment I left I felt in very safe hands. All the staff were friendly & helpful & the vet I saw (Tom) was brilliant. It's a teaching hospital so there were some students in attendance in the consulting room & they treated me & my dog with care & respect too. If I ever have to go back here, I know that both me & my pet will be well looked after.

The care from Jorge and the whole team at Langford small animal hospital was absolutely amazing.
We couldn’t fault it and we are so grateful to them for taking such great care of our little Cockapoo.

Wonderful Staff.
Everyone is always so helpful, reassuring, friendly and approachable. I feel we are really well looked after and as a slightly nervous first time dog owner, I never feel taken advantage of or made to feel silly. Sometimes a reassuring word of advice from someone on reception is enough to save us a trip in, and if we do come in I always feel things have been thoroughly and the advice is sensible rather than exploitative. Thank you all!

Excellent communication as the appointment for my pet was cancelled but I was given as much notice as possible and the opportunity to rebook a convenient appointment.

What an amazing team, we were referred by our vets due to the possibility of it being a severe injury but within hours they had assessed and reassured us it wasn’t as bad as initially thought. They are an hour away from the s but the hour each way every 2 days for check up, clean and dressing change was worth it. Can’t recommend them enough.
