Last week I placed an order on behalf of my mother for 4 new tyres to be fitted at her home today. This morning I received confirmation that kwik Fit would be arriving today between 15.54 and 17.00, two hours later she received a call from a number she didn't know so didn't answer it, I also received an email saying that they had tried to contact us but there had been no response, when I called the number they said that they would not be able to make it and I would have to re-book, I emailed Kwik Fit customer services at 10:50 today and still not had a response over 7 hours later, I have also spoken to someone on livechat and filled out a form on the website, still nothing, this is terrible customer service, why send a confirmation in the morning only to cancel it two hours later and then not bother to get back to the customer to make alternative arrangements, she had planned to be in all day so they and now will have to do the same again when they do manage to find time to fit us in, why should we have to work around their deficiencies, we have bought and paid for a service that we have not received and they do not seem interested in making up for their shortcomings this is not how you treat customers.

Went here for my cars MOT, called up, and said its failed and needs this this & this…..i said fine no worries. Then proceeded to tell me they cannot do the work on the car as they have no people to do it as it’s not worth it for them to employ people on a permanent basis therefore, they only do MOT’s…but not the work? Something they conveniently they didn’t tell me. A complete scam, as you must pay most other garages as they like to their own MOT. So, they just took 60 quid of me for no reason and had to pay another garage the 60 again plus the actual work. Also had a friend who went here for her tyres, and they said they would do it within an hour – ended up taking half the afternoon – again fine these things happen…. She wasn’t offered an explanation and when she drove home had noticed her gear holding box had been damaged. Very dodgy place tbh, asked around a bit and no one seems to of had good dealings with them in Yeovil. Just go elsewhere.

Really excellent service on my second attempt at booking. First attempt, I was informed no tyres in stock so had to call back. Called back the next day, tyres available, booked in for following day. Superb tyre swap and knowledgeable technician. Only slight concern was lack of communication as technician was 2 hours later than time window.

I have just had an MOT completed at Kwik Fit Woking, Surrey. The online booking process was easy, followed by an efficient arrival/booking-in at the garage with the manager who, despite being busy, was courteous and informative. My MOT failed, but I was given clear details and timelines re follow-up options. I also received several phone calls providing updates re the work and associated costs to ensure a successful MOT outcome. I would not hesitate to use Kwik Fit Woking again. Unfortunately I’ve had two Kwik fit requirements, three including my wife’s car in as many weeks. You have been exemplary. And changed my views of Kwik fit. From a home visit, emergency call out and workshop visit and prices for our audi. I won’t use anyone else in future.

Reliable service with technicians arriving at the proposed time with the correct replacement tyre. Booking service was easy to use and offered a selection of alternative tyres which included the exact match that I was looking for. I booked tyres through Kwik Fit mobile and I was supposed to receive a two hour window on the day of fitting. When I didn’t hear anything, I rang customer service. They promised to speak to the driver and get back to me. Three hours later somebody rang me to say that they had made a mistake and the tyres had not been delivered. I had to choose another date which caused a fitting delay by another four days. Fitting during the next appointment went well and we had no problems.

I used Kwikfit Mobile tyres to come out and replace my two front tyres following a puncture. They were great, very quick to get a slot within 48 hours. Gave a window on the day and could track progress for arrival time. Gary, the mobile van fitter was brilliant. The whole experience was so much easier than trying to get to a garage and would definitely recommend.

Fitter turned up a bit earlier than indicated and gave me plenty of notice.
Very quick at swapping the tyre over and balancing the wheel.
Overall a very good service and highly recomended.
