Honestly sick of this company beyond a joke, Been waiting over a month for my broadband to be installed and they’ve either cancelled or just not showed up completely & tried blame me. The customer service phone line is even worse, they couldnt give a dam ive been told this & that by everyone they must still be using pen and paper (that gets lost) in that office cause noone tells anyone a thing!

Horrible company to work for, treated poorly is an understatement, any issues you email you are ignored by so called managers, after awhile of being spoken to like dirt from my area manager i started recording all times being around them, not provided with the right tools to carry out jobs, managers constantly slagging off other managers and workers infront of you, you get told you can earn alot of money and there is not limit to how much you want to work, I fed into this lie, unfortunately it is not true, managers choose who they give the work to and how much you have, countless times we would sit in the yard for hours with no work given to us, when emailing higher up the ladder about this, it never got addressed, biggest problem lays with the toxic office staff, that will never change, they make out health and safety is there main priority, but you get told to go against it if it benefits their numbers, horrible place avoid them completely
Unorganised and unprofessional
Been over 8 attempts to install by broadband and all either fail to turn up or turn up with out the right equipment. Have been on the phone to their offices numerous times and just keep being told that it will be definitely installed next time. On the last attempt the job was half done as one person failed to show up this left me with my line from my current Internet cut so I am without any Internet service to my house and there is cable left lying all over my driveway. This is such an unprofessional company and if you can avoid do!

Still no internet for over a week now.
4 different KN engineers out and the problem still hasn't been resolved. The last engineer who came out this morning couldn't fix the issue as he hadn't the correct equipment to open the lid of the pit at the road. One person tells me one story, another tells me something different. No one calls back and I'm left in limbo again. Trying to work from home with no internet, and paying £60 per month.
I can't understand the system when engineers e-mail managers and then leave, saying they don't know who'll be back as they have to wait for what their manager says. I requested a call back from a manager and still waiting.
Surely if you're trying to fix a customer's problem, you keep working at it until its actually fixed, instead of leaving and then a day or two later coming back and then leaving again.
The customer service is the worst I've ever experienced.

Last night four KN Circet guys destroyed a cone and abandoned their car blocking the emergency exit for care workers. I have more stories about these guys. Don't do it. Pay extra if you have to. You are not doing business with guys who behave reasonably.
Faulty Electric Car Charger Supplied and Fitted by KN Circet
I’ve had an electric car charger supplied and fitted by this unreliable timewasting company. Recently the charger won’t charge the vehicle. I’ve had the same technician out twice to try and diagnose the problem and he keeps saying that everything looks fine on his end. Then as soon as he goes the problem starts again. I had another call out scheduled yesterday and after waiting 5hrs for them to arrive the callout is cancelled. How can this country switch to electric cars when the infrastructure isn’t there or companies like this can’t be bothered to sort the problem instead they’re blaming the problem on a brand new car

Communication is not their strength and after many surveys, visits, missed appointments and incorrect information, I finally had my fibre broadband installed yesterday and the service was excellent. Thanks to Adam for his hard work, professionalism and attention to detail and his commitment to the customer and also to Stefan who brought the cable into the house and set everything up for me. They both took such care to keep the work as unobtrusive as possible and both checked every move with me before proceeding. The result was a very tidy and seamless finish and it’s clear both men take great pride in their work.
Unprofessional, uncoordinated, unprepared for the job.
Basically I waited two weeks for them to send an engineer out. When he finally came out, he told me that he didn't have the equipment (a hoist, and a drill for a 2m stone wall). His words were literally, "all I can do is write a report, you'll have to reschedule it"
And don't get me started about their customer service line. I got passed from department to department, only to end up back with the original person I called.
Incompetent is the perfect word to describe this company and its staff.
NEVER STAY HERE!
I stayed in this hotel on the 21st til 31st of July and it was the worst experience. Very loud construction started every morning at 11am and as I’m not with my kids I was looking forward to a lie on. They told me to que at 9am at reception like everyone esle looking to change rooms. The bathroom window leads right into the hall so no privacy (with noises). And also kids running around all night. It’s called as a wellness hotel according to them. You have to cover 50% of the bathroom floor in towels when you shower as the shower door bascailly does nothing to stop the water as it’s not long enough. The staff are also very rude. It’s just me and my boyfriend here and we were told the police would be rang on us because my aunty was doing my hair in my room (but she was also a resident in the hotel just not staying in my room. The cleaning staff are they only good thing about the hotel. They have the room imacculate when you come back.

They should also tell their staff that the north of Ireland is a geographical point called Malin Head. Whether people like it or not the country up here is called Northern Ireland. Please stop insulting the people who live here.
No customer service
If I could give this crowd of incompetents zero stars I would.
Their engineers have been scheduled to visit on five separate occasions now and only turned up three times.
As of now I have a phone line installed which I don’t want or need but still no internet.
They promise engineers are coming who never show up, they promise managers will call back within 48 hours but they never do, they promise to make your installation a “priority” but it isn’t.
They are the most unprofessional company I have ever dealt with.

Wouldn’t give them a star if I had my way dug my garden up in dec for fttp was to come back and do wat ever work in doors nothing came now today was down a hole messing about more than thy were working and went gone to no work completed inside and I’m left with a roll of wirer on my footpath now 3 months how these fools get work I do not no all I do no is if some one trips on the wirer thy left It will be goring to the courts it’s now a joke thinking of getting this out in the papers let every one no how these cow boys work

I've had to deal with this company on two separate occasions, installation of Fibre and replacement of a pre-paid gas meter. They seem to be the company of choice for engineering work for most utility providers (electricity, gas, internet) here in Ireland. Not only were all staff I spoke to mostly confused and not knowledgeable, but they also didn't attend when they said they would, or follow up on queries when they said they would. If I could give this company a lower rating, I would. I am honestly lost for words at this point. Still waiting in phone queues transferred from one department to another for what is really a simple query. At this point, I've given up hope to ever have my issues addressed or resolved. The level of incompetence is truly astounding.
Recently installed NBI installation
Recently installed NBI installation, I can get over the complete confusion at every stage, several visits from engineers doing surveys for installation, calls confirming appointments for installation even though there was no plan, finally I agreed to purchase and install 200 metres of conduit on the agreement KN would bury the last 25 metres running across a farmers gate and land.
Turned up “ sorry you will need to organise a digger yourself, we only have shovels “. Okay so we will sort it.
What I can’t get over is the cut 5 holes in the conduit to thread the fiber cable through and didn’t bother replacing or sealing the cut outs including the conduit left on the ground, I guess field mice, rain and snow won’t affect the fibre for it lifetime.
Professionalism?? I don’t think so, the most appalling workmanship I have witnessed ever and one that will not last, who signs off this work as fit for purpose ????

A disgraceful service
A disgraceful service. They sent an “engineer” out to install WiFi through Sky. He plugged the modem in and that was it he was gone. He claimed the line would be live within 24 hrs. 3 weeks on and there is still no WiFi. They have cancelled callouts everyday for over a week. People are working from home, as per government regulations and they’re incompetency is compromising people jobs.
