If I could leave zero stars I would. I was employed by KMS insulations Ltd in telesales i was told it was a subcontractor role and I would have to submit an invoice by 3pm the day before the last working day of the month and I will be paid on the last working day. I did all that was asked of me for them to email me on pay day stating that I won’t be getting paid as I need to work a month in hand which was something that wasn’t mentioned before. They ended my employment with them a week before payday and on that termination email it stated my final pay would be 30/09/26 not the 30/10/26. This company is a joke they terminate a number of employees just before pay day so they can avoid paying them for work done. I would think long and hard before working for them if you are interested. I thought they were a reputable company as the job centre was the ones who mentioned them to me I wish I’d of believed the other negative reviews from past employees before I wasted my time

The company is awful and completely messed up my loft they never come back out or haven't even answered the phone I already paid deposit as well do not book with them

Did plasterboarding to my dunster house ceiling and back brick wall. Good price,well carried out and went above what I expected

Fitters; Dan and Rick; Some reviews I have read are ridiculous. These guys are superb and carried out a very professional job on my 4 bed home. They were clean and tidy and removed all rubbish afterwards. I would have no hesitation in recommending TMS Insulations to anyone.

Do not recommend! Cowboys!!!

I worked here for several months and personally had concerns regarding communication, contracts, and pay clarity.

During my time there, I experienced ongoing confusion around employment status and payment arrangements, including being asked to invoice for wages despite not having clear contractor documentation in place.

I also did not receive the level of employment security or benefits I initially expected when joining the company.

This review is based entirely on my own experience as a former worker.

No words… other than I don’t recommend

I have asked on MULTIPLE occasions to be taken off of the call list, yet I still receive calls most days!!! Leave me alone!!!

This company does not currently hold a waste removal license, so you as the homeowner are liable for any fines for their waste removal.

Very happy with the loft boarding, the team worked hard until early evening, great customer service as well, l would recommend KMS insulation and use them again, plus their quotes are very competitive

The guys arrived promptly, were polite, introduced themselves and explained what they were going to do. They didn't have any shoe protectors so they went and bought some. When they came back they got straight to work. Didn't stop until they finished the job. Through out the whole time they were professional, courteous and studious. I can't comment on the job itself yet because I can't see up in the loft - otherwise this would be a 5 star. As soon as they send me the pictures or I get someone to go up and have look will be back on here to update this review.

Regardless of others experience of this company I have nothing but positive praise for them and would recommend the three guys: Mikey; James and Ihor to work in my home at any time. Even Kirsty - over the phone was knowledgeable and able to answer any and all questions. Well done all.

3 men michal and his team came worled all week on my loft and vleaned up after themself i had foil insulation and foam removal very happy would recommend

Very good all round. Install very quick and efficient, friendly people to do business with, i highly recommend this company.

I had Ollie install foil insulation in my loft, I am very pleased with the work.

I had Ollie and the lads fit foil and the job was done great from start to finish.

The experience from george how came and give me a quote and looked at my loft explaining all the stuff that needed doing and the quote was fair

The lads who installed cleaned up and answered any questions I asked
