Ellie was incredibly patient and helpful as we changed our minds on a few minor details during the design process. Jamie and Louise were always quick to respond to any questions or queries we had, making the whole experience smooth and stress-free.

Guy did an outstanding job installing the kitchen, and the other tradespeople who worked alongside him were equally professional and skilled.

I required some paint to touch up my kitchen units, Louise and Ellie were more that helpful with this request, they quickly worked with Kitchen supplier to get the right paint colour. Their customer service was second to none, and I would definitely use them for my next kitchen purchase.

Right from the start I knew I was in good hands. From the lovely warm welcome in the showroom to my many many many visits and chats with Ellie the designer. She is brilliant, nothing is too much trouble, she will go above and beyond to find you the taps/work surface/handles/plughole that you really want.

We had a fantastic experience with Kitchens by Dexter from design to installation. We had a fairly limited budget but we were delighted by the bespoke service with suggestions and solutions offered. Communication and timescales exceeded our expectations and every measure was made to avoid the obvious disruption of having a kitchen ‘out of service’. The attention to detail and finish was comparable to a very high end kitchen and at the end of each day the are was left spotless. The installation was finished ahead of schedule and we can’t recommend Kitchens by Dexter highly enough. Great prices for nearly every budget, great design solutions and fantastic service

Excellent service from enquiry through to completion of the kitchen, Ellie was great in helping design and price the kitchen even with my many questions, and Jamie was great once on site helping to resolve issues that only came apparent after the old kitchen and floor were removed. All the trades and fitters were excellent, friendly and very respectful. Very happy with the kitchen and service.

What we needed was coordination, with two rooms to knock into one new kitchen - walls and old kitchen to demolish and remove, new units, appliances, electrics, plumbing, flooring and painting! Dexter delivered on time to the day, and in line with their design and quotation. Some challenges along the way were inevitable, and their team rose to them and solved them with patience and good humour. The end result is better than we could have hoped for - a delighted customer!

Beautiful kitchen. We are delighted with our new kitchen it gives us more room it feels lighter and brighter. There were a few bumps along the way which I might add were sorted so well by the wonderful fitter Adie.

The enthusiastic KBD team went the extra mile from design to fitting to provide us with a kitchen that works beautifully in our period cottage. It is light and spacious and will be a pleasure to use for years to come.

A wonderful service from start to finish. We went in with no real idea of what we wanted and Ellie supported us through the planning stage, making suggestions and tweaks following our feedback until we were happy with the plans. Jamie managed the build, being on site to meet and support the different workmen and rectifying and resolving any issues quickly. All the staff we came across throughout from the electrician to the designer operated with professionalism and integrity and we were kept fully informed of progress throughout. Can’t recommend Dexter’s team enough. Took me 2 years to find the right company. Ellie’s design skills, support, understanding were brilliant. Jamie’s patience in sorting those final details were no problem. Quality kitchen throughout including the craftsmen, without breaking the bank.

I am really pleased with my new utility room, supplied and fitted by Kitchens by Dexter. The design advice from Ellie was well considered and absolutely right for the style and age of our house. The end result has a wow factor. Each of the specialists was a master of his craft - fitter, plumber, decorator and electrician. Only a couple of short delays in the timeline slightly marred what was otherwise a seamless, excellent all round service.

Very good experience with Dexter. Whenever they found unexpected structural problems in our kitchen they were fixed efficiently without any fuss. Very pleased with our new kitchen.
