Dear All, I would like to tell you, whoever get scammed by this Kingsway fake tourist company in Dubai as well as in Abu Dhabi or Sharjah or Ras al Khaimah, please take all your proof and raise complain to the police station, This company is doing this with everyone whoever get trapped by this company. Lets shows them its not easy to cheat people in UAE. They think they will cheat and get escape, collect all your proof and raise complain against this company to the police station. Complain Dubai Tourism Dispute Office. before your package expire.

Cheaters, heartless, human scammers in Dubai. Do not deal with this company. So happy that you finally got tired giving 5 stars google ratings for a fraud company like you.

They are there to loot you , take money from you by making you trust them about their services and commitments.Once package is bought then they will keep you on your toes all the time . All their fake promises will come into the action . After giving them 1 month advance information about your booking through emails they will then inform you we are highly booked and thanks for your understanding. This way they will keep pushing your requests till expiry date of package approaches . Have to mention few names like Imran , Suma ,Nadeem etc they are the toppers in the list of scamming people . This company must be taken with strict action so that they can stop scaling peope.

FRAUD COMPANY!!!!!!
They sold us vouchers promising great deals and discount on visa, tickets and travel packages. When the time came to avail the offers, firstly it is difficult to contact them, secondly they straight up lied to us that they had never given such offers and started giving other offers which were pricier than the other companies. As soon as I got to know that this voucher is of no use for us I tried to return it and of course our request was rejected. Even after the membership offer that we have we get better offers from outside, hence our voucher money is also lost :)Extremely disappointed by the service and all their lies.
COMPLETELY SCAMMED BY THEM

Never ever trust this company.

FRAUD company FAKE promises.
I took 7000 AED for Georgia trip.
There is no proper response. Promises are entirely different then what has given.
Cheap flights with out any checkin ,seats need to pay additional costs for those
No return airport pickups
No site seeing trips
Cheap hotel stay.
Worst experience ever in my life. Hard earned money looting the people..
Please dont take any package from Kingsway tourism

I took taken 10400 package and they told me we could change easy installment from the bank and the processing fee they would pay back and it was 400 dhs.
This was on May 2023, till today 29/12/2023. They didn't pay back saying the accountant is leaving.
I went for the Dhow cruise which was a free voucher and for an extra 5. people I paid, but the price was higher than when we went direct to the provider and the service was very bad on the Dhow cruise even no air conditioner in June summer
Now I wonder if will they send me for the tour or if customer care will not pick up the phone as usual.

They are a scam entity. They will make you fall for false promises and and deny to deliver.

Please don't buy a package from here. Most of us bought a package and can't avail it. We spent so much money and this tourism is giving us a hard time. They don't reply to my emails. I've bought a package that can't even be availed. It's like begging for them to buy a ticket.

Since last 2 years I am the member of this king way tourism, I have happily enjoyed my 1st vacation to Istanbul with my full family, Hotels was excellent, and the journey was pleasant above all Mr Sharique customer executive was very polite in helping and solving the issue.
I am very grateful for the fast track visa assistance and superb itinerary organized by the king way tourism team.
Sincerely waiting for our next vacation to move on for Maldives

I went in their office in Business Bay to avail my package for trip to Georgia or the travel voucher worth 3k and in my surprised they told me my package already expired and they cannot do anything about it, i brought my contract and it stated there that you can avail those after one year but they keep denying it, I don't know how they can sleep knowing for a fact there is someone out there that they scammed for the hard earned money they got, I pray will let them stop coz these actions are unjust.I thought this kind of scam company does not exist in Dubai but they are lurking. I will file a complaint against them so that no single soul will be trapped in this scammers here in Dubai,

I had taken ace package from them initially their was some issue with bookings both I got confirmation had been to Turkey for 10days with them …. Hotels was very good thanks to Mr Anand from customer care team to assist … over all it was a good experience.

There are lot of tourism and travels operators in market with annual packages but Kings way oh my goodness i was travelled with them to Italy, Switzerland and Greece Our trips were superb and left lifetime memories for us.
