Mansoor delivered an outstanding experience from start to finish.

His professionalism, consistency, and respectful approach made the entire process at VIDA Residences Tower 2 smooth and stress-free. Every interaction reflected strong work ethic, attention to detail, and genuine care for the client experience.

What made the difference was his dedication. Without that level of service, I would have gone with another holiday home company. Instead, the experience here set a new standard.

Because of this, I will continue booking more properties with Vacationer Holiday Homes. His service is truly appreciated and deserves strong recognition from management.

I I had a fantastic experience with Vacationer dubai. I’ve been in contact with Alex and Colleb and they were very responsive and helpful during my stay.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay, and a big part of that experience was thanks to the amazing service provided by Mr. Mansoor who assisted us throughout our stay. He was incredibly professional, polite, and always ready to help with a warm smile.
From the moment we arrived, he made sure everything was perfectly arranged and took the time to explain all the details we needed to know. He truly made us feel welcomed and comfortable. Highly recommend Vacationers Dubai to those visiting from the UK.

This company is a complete scam. Prices are artificially inflated on their website and then presented as “discounted,” yet they remain significantly overpriced. They entice customers to book units that are not actually available, take payment upfront, and then pressure you to accept an inferior alternative or delay refunds indefinitely. Avoid at all costs. I should have trusted the negative reviews.

Vacationer Dubai have been very responsive and helpful. Unfortunately my initial booking was not available anymore but they quickly assigned a different apartment with an upgraded view. They also handled a minor plumbing issue immediately. Very satisfied and would recommend!

From the initial booking the communication was smooth and so was the check in.

The representatives greeting us at the check in with a big smile. Even though we were delayed, they waited for us and calmly explained to us about the nearby attractions, what we could do during our short stay and gave general info about the apartment. Overall a wonderful 5star experience.

Do NOT trust this management company. They are lazy, non-responsive, creating troubles without admitting fault, pushing the work to the landlord while charging a huge amount of management fee. Their services are terrible. If you want a care-free service to rent out your department, never go for this company. Trust my advice because I was their real customer and was unbelievably frustrated of their services. Contact me if you want proof and I can give you lots of proof about how bad they managed my property costing me lost of money and time spent on it.

1) I made 3 booking with Vacationer company to stay in a furnished apartment in Marina Gate 1 building in Dubai Marina during May, June and July, 2025 for 15 nights every month. I paid the invoice fully for the 3 months in April 10 th.
(2) When I checked-in in the apartment in May, 2025 there were lots of problems in the apartment including broken furniture, torn chair covers, problems with AC and block in the kitchen drainage that were not fixed in-spite of asking several times. There was also too much noise coming from construction of a new building immediately next to where I’m staying ( they hided this information at the time of booking).
(3) I decided to stay for the month of May as per my booking and requested to get refund for the month of June and and July . The company ( Mr Alex, Mobile# 058 509 8069) refused to refund June booking inspite of informing the company 1 month before check in as stated in the booking condition. He requested deduction of 50 % for refund ( unlawfully). For the month of July, he requested my bank account details for refund which I shared immediately. Unfortunately, he refunded the money to my credit card that they were having it’s details from a previous booking , but the card was expired, this resulted in too much effort from my side with the bank to transfer the money from the expired to the active card. The money was not refunded fully and they deduct a fees.
(4) The company manipulates the prices online, they increase it then they give a discount coupon of 25% to convince the customers that we have a special privilege. For example, in June booking my daily rate was almost 800 dirhams per night from 9–27 of June before the discount coupon . Currently, without the discount, it is less than 400 dirhams in the same apartment and same month. This is more than the discounted rate I paid.

we had rented an appartment in Vida Creek Residence for 2 weeks through Vacationer Dubai.
The appartment was fantastic and Paul from Downtown Vacationer rendered a very good customer service.
All in all a great experience which I fully recommend to others.

BE CAREFUL OF THIS COMPANY!!!! Operating through Airbnb. Cancelled apartment we paid in full via Airbnb 2 weeks before a family trip (all the while answering my 2 queries right up until the day before the cancelled!) and offered us a more expensive apartment without a reduction in cost to help offload the inconvenience!

I have recently booked an apartment via Booking.com which is managed by Vacationer Dubai. Unfortunately I had to cancel at short notice (an issue with the description by Booking.com re floor level) and whilst Booking.com were not particularly responsive both Colleb and Anas with Vacationer Dubai were exceptionally helpful and responsive in resolving issues re the cancellation and refund. Customer service at the highest level.

Unreliable - irresponsible host. I booked a flat in Dubai Marina 2 months in advance. I did pre pay the full amount 2 months in advance. Whilst boarding the plane to Dubai got a call to inform the flat was not longer available! Two options were offered that did not meet my basic requirements. Wrong locations and next to construction sites. I got my money back but I had to pay extra to secure a flat in the right location at last minute. Never again will trust Vacationer Dubai.

These people are crooks. The flat was not ready after the previous tenant, it was dirty and lots of basic stuff not available. We asked them for supplies that the add in Airbnb was advertising but they ignored us completely. We asked them for an apartment replacement and we were continuously ignored. They kept out deposit with the excuse that we made some damage to a sofa!. They stole AED2500 from us! Stay away from them!!

As a returning resident of Dubai, having stayed at multiple apartments/residence/hotels during my visits, this booking with Vacationer was my first, and will be the the last.

Communication was awful from the very beginning of booking said apartment; having to personally chase the owner via WhatsApp to finally receive correspondence - They seem to care more for social media than their clients.

We did receive an early check-in, and was highly appreciative of this. However, the Apartment was not thoroughly checked nor cleaned entirely prior to our arrival. I can see via Department of land, purchase was recent therefore I believe the property was rushed and published on AirBNB without being previously checked over. Initial handover was rushed, therefore points such as car park, wifi and discussion over certain amenities were missed.

After residing at said apartment for the duration I have only just found out upon my departure there is a Pool, Gym and children area on the 5th floor. Albeit noted briefly on the listing, this wasn’t discussed nor mentioned by the agent and left us even more dissatisfied considering it was a family holiday.

Again, lack of communication, poor management and poor customer service.

Here are my further points:
- Cleanliness was poor, hairs in our bath tub.
- Downstairs toilet stinking.
- Wardrobes still full of rubbish/clothing tags from a previous tenant.
- Bins not emptied fully.
- 2 out the 3 Smart TV’s in the bedrooms, as shown on the listing, failed to work. One didn’t even have a plug.
- Every smoke alarm downstairs was taped/bagged up. (Health & safety/ fire risk)
- The outdoor ‘pool’ was merely big enough to sit in. - Additional equipment failed to work within the premises due to technical or electrical failure. I noted this on their previous review however, the landlord has yet to rectify these issues.
- Cleaning arrangements: I paid AED415 for an additional cleaning of the apartment mid stay. I was notified on the day of an hour delay. The cleaners arrived, whilst we was out, and we were notified & expected to remain at home whilst the cleaners, clean.

I ended up fronting a cleaning bill and yet to receive a refund; who on earth expects guests to stay within the property (with 3 kids) whilst the cleaners mop around.

NOTE; A charge of £240+ is included within your booking for cleaning. Dispute this.

In all honesty I wish I had paid a little extra to front a house in Jumeriah and receive the expected high class service that is common in Dubai. I personally will not use Vacationer nor recommend them to any of my clients/associates here in Dubai. As the lack of communication, poor management and points noted above I would like to have been compensated for the full stay and the cleaning bill however, cowboys have dismissed any notion of responding.

I have just booked another holiday in 2 weeks to make up for the awful experience.
