Great communication throughout. Got email and txt beforehand to say when it would be delivered and on the day of delivery got a txt to say he was about 20 minutes away. Martin the delivery driver was very helpful and friendly, and him along with someone else(sorry but I didn't catch his name, otherwise would have mentioned him as well) helped carry it upstairs. You might think that's standard with a heavier piece of furniture but I've had other couriers leave items at the bottom of the stairs and not offer to help, so thankyou! 😊

Clear and polite communication from the…
Clear and polite communication from the delivery team. They were more than happy to deliver through the side gate as requested and spent a lot of time ensuring the sofa was assembled correctly and without any damage. All packaging was removed and we were very happy with the entire experience. Thank you.

Gave this company one ⭐ if I could I would give it none .
Delivered chair from Costco, and left it on the driveway refused to remove packaging ( was instructed by Costco to unpack and install in house) and drove away.
Chair was damaged requested a replacement/uplift this has taken 8 weeks before this was uplifted after numerous phone/emails just ignored or excuses,-
Sorry replacement not
been loaded on vehicle-IT problem.
Difficult to deliver to NORTHERN SCOTLAND I actually live in CENTRAL SCOTLAND.?
Eventually chair uplifted was informed by driver that they deliver to SCOTLAND regularly.
WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY.

Not taken to preferred place
Very polite young men. Great communication in organising a convenient delivery date, reminder day before, letting us know timings on the day and a text to say previous delivery done and they will be with us in 20 minutes. All great. Nice to read that other people's items were taken to the right/convienient place, I was told kerbside delivery only, they did however drive as far as possible up the drive but wouldn't take the shed into the garden where it was to be installed or even to the covered bit a few metres away (I was concerned about rain), literally just dropping it off truck is what they would do. Not sure why we didn't get the same service as others.

We deliver a wide variety of products, and the delivery service can differ depending on the item. Some products include delivery to a room or location of choice, whereas others are designated as kerbside delivery only, usually due to the size and weight of the item.
In this instance, the item you ordered was a kerbside delivery item, as agreed with your retailer, so our drivers followed the correct delivery procedure for your order. We appreciate you recognising the team's efforts in driving as far up your driveway as safely possible, allowing them to leave the item further onto your property rather than at the kerbside.
