Excellent delivery service. Given choice of delivery dates almost as soon as order was placed. Reminded it was due the day before and again on the day of delivery then kept informed of progress throughout. Heavy large fragile item man-handled into location by 2 courteous and friendly personnel in pristine condition. Thankyou.

The most professional, clean and friendly service ever received.
Peter and his colleague have been fantastic, delivered a huge sofa with so much care. They also answered any questions I had. They cleaned everything and left the living room with a new sofa and no rubbish.

Good communication, polite, efficient. Head and shoulders above competitors for process and reliability. Shame only half the order was delivered - blame for this is not necessarily with Kinetic as can only deliver what is provided to them, so am following up with supplier.

Item ordered from Costco
Very impressed from requested delivery date to delivery time. The night before delivery was made was advised of the person making the delivery, he in turn text me advising of expected time, even though I could track the consignment. Care was taken bringing in 6 bulky items, all outer packing was taken away and was advised how to assemble the suite. Very impressed with Cory and his mate.

Found the Item (toolbox) to be damaged…
Found the Item (toolbox) to be damaged when removing the packaging. Item was expensive aswell. Currently getting in touch with Costco to file a complaint. Delivery men dropped the item when unloading off the pallet truck onto the toolbox wheels but it was the top box that was damaged. Would not recommend

Great communication throughout
Great communication throughout. Got email and txt beforehand to say when it would be delivered and on the day of delivery got a txt to say he was about 20 minutes away. Martin the delivery driver was very helpful and friendly, and him along with someone else(sorry but I didn't catch his name, otherwise would have mentioned him as well) helped carry it upstairs. You might think that's standard with a heavier piece of furniture but I've had other couriers leave items at the bottom of the stairs and not offer to help, so thankyou! 😊
