Very good quality products and great prices

Brilliant seat. Wouldn't recommend for very small children as it is very upright. But for my grandson aged nearly 3 years it is just the job to keep in grannies car.

Delivered by Hermes- parcel left inside of green bin and the bin was due to be collected next day. Luckely, we returned from holidays day before. I think this is unacceptable as parcel was in the bin for 2-3 days. Package was ok, packages inside as well, but smell after I washed crib bedding not very nice smells like diesel/oil. Now not sure if I will use it for my baby.

Arrived within 3days. Bought for my grandsons visit from abroad. He loved it. Only small niggle was we had to look up video to make sure we fitted correctly as only small leaflet included. Overall a great choice and good price.

I am very dissapointed that having paid for next day delivery our car seat did not arrive. Nor did it arrive the day after.
I have emailed and had no response and still await delivery of said item whuch having returned from holiday you tried to deliver on two occassions 9th and 10th July.

Website and goods are great, however the communication is awful/ nonexistent. When you place an order you never receive any notification about when goods will be despatched.

Ordered the Uppababy Vista and paid for next day delivery as someone would be in the following day. Received my email confirmation for delivery of the item next day as anticipated but the order never arrived. Contacted Kiddicare who refunded my delivery charge but could not give me another estimated delivery day, but would chase up and call me back. They never called. We were never notified when the item would later be delivered. My neighbour politely ended up taking delivery on my behalf a few days later. Basically, it felt like once Kiddicare have got your money, they're not that bothered about customer service or any inconvenience caused and will only really do the bare minimum for a paying customer. 2 stars for at least refunding the delivery cost but I won't be using them again.

Products delivered on time, all as described on website. Best comparable price online, used this company before and will do in future.

I’m on pregnancy number 3 (twins this time!) and will/have only ever used Kiddicare. Have visited both in store and on line and cannot fault them. Everything is so easy to find and never too much hassle. Delivery is usually earlier than expected which is a bonus too.
Thank u for making it so easy on what could be a stressful and busy time.
