I'm still waiting for the item to be delivered,I was sent a message that its has been delivered with a photo of the item outside my door,by the time I get home it wasn't there, I've put a notice on my door asking for any delivery if I'm not in to be left at #20 or 22 and that hasn't been done, now my parcel is no way to be found.

Easy, straightforward ordering and returns process. Fast delivery. Unfortunately I had to return as the shoes were too big but they were well packaged and perfect quality. All parts of the process worked well from customer perspective
